"Long time no see, everyone.", she said into the mic. "She will officially be joining TF Family, after the paperwork gets sorted out. Treat her like family, and Meiqi you finally got someone to talk to besides all these clowns. Isn't that great", Fei Ge said laughing into the mic. Meiqi mustered up a laugh. She had no idea what was happening but this girl did seem really friendly when they met yesterday. Aside from when she was talking to Jiaqi. I wonder what Haoxiang meant by after all that with Jiaqi.

She jumped off stage. "Hey y'all, good to see everyone again." She looked at some of them, "Goddamn you grew a lot Yaowen. You were shorter than me before". Yaowen turned shy, rubbing the back of his head, "Yea I did. Nice to see you again".

"Don't worry you'll get to see me every day now", she said jokingly. "Yaxuan 宝贝 how have you been", she said squishing his cheeks. Yaxuan turned shy too, "I've been good. How have you been, Yanyan Jie".

"Not bad, not bad. Better now that I can see you all again". She went around hugging everyone. When she got to TFBoys she looked up and smiled, "哥好久不见了 (long time no see)". The three of them looked at her and then each other, "Oh boy the cause of our headache is back", Karry said. Roy burst out laughing. "You're right. I can feel the headache", Jackson said, rubbing his temples.

"Hey that's not nice", she said playfully, hitting them.

Yu Yan turned to Meiqi. "Hi! Nice to finally meet you, though I met you yesterday.", she said.

"Wth when'd you meet Meiqi?", Junlin asked. "Yesterday", she said rolling her eyes. "Yea, I know yesterday but how."

"Long story", Yu Yan said before brushing off Junlin. She turned back to Meiqi. "I wanted to tell you yesterday that I would be joining TF Ent yesterday but it didn't seem like good timing. But anyways official introduction. My name's Yu Yan, nice to meet you!", she said with a smile.

Meiqi didn't know how everyone already knew Yu Yan, but she proceeded to say hi and gave a hug back. "Hi, well you already know my name is Meiqi. But nice to meet you."

"Oh before you guys leave. Meiqi, Yu Yan is going to live with you in the dorms. You can have someone to accompany you", Fei Ge said into the mic.

Yu Yan turned to her, "YAYYY. I've never had a roommate before. How exciting".

Meiqi didn't know how to react so she just clapped her hands too. She noticed Yu Yan had greeted and hugged everyone besides Jiaqi. She glanced at him and saw an expression that she didn't really know how to describe. He seemed kind of sad but also kind of happy. Like a nostalgic look.

"Let's celebrate tonight!!", Yu Yan exclaimed. "I'll treat".

"If you're treating say lesss", Roy said. "Smh you guys should be the ones treating me but fine. Since it's been so long."

They headed off for lunch to catch up. As everyone was leaving the auditorium, Meiqi noticed Yu Yan stayed towards the back where Jiaqi was. "I told you, I'd see you again", and right after she ran back up to the front of the crowd chattering anyways with the rest of TNT and TFBoys.

Meiqi stayed back with Jiaqi. "Who is she? It seems like everyone knows her already", Meiqi asked. "She used to be with us. Like 3 years ago. But she left because something happened, so we're just surprised she's back now", Jiaqi said.

Jiaqi explained the situation so casually but based on his reaction yesterday when he saw her and his interaction with Yu Yan right now there seemed to be much more. "What happened? What made her leave?" Jiaqi hesitated for a second and then said "It's the past. We don't talk about it anymore."
