How I've always wanted
A tire swing
But alas
We have no tree big enough
To support it
No one does
Not in this neighborhood
With cramped lawns
And strict HOA guidelines
Is it really
Such an outrageous request
We could even use
A bicycle tire
I know it wouldn't be the most
Comfortable tire swing
But it'd be something
And it wouldn't require
Such a mighty oak
To hold it up
But whatever
It's one of my requests
And those don't get fulfilled
I suppose
I'll just wait
Until one day
When I can have a house
With a large backyard
Perfect for tall trees
That can hold up
My very own
Tire swing
