Help me I don't want to cry

Backstory: Will and Nico were starting to think about having children, researching the benefits of adoption versus surrogacy, when they got help from the gods (since they helped save the world...twice)

Apollo, being the "great" father he is, wanted to do our boys a favor by contacting his godly mother, Leto. (Leto is the goddess of motherhood)

Through Leto, she could be the surrogate mother of a child, combining both Nico and Will's DNA to make a baby that is 100% theirs.

In the sake of being fair, the process would take about nine months (any mortal witness wouldn't suspect anything that way).

October 31. 8:45 AM

"Good morning, Doctor Di Solace!" A teenage girl in a witch costume walked through the classroom door.

"Good morning, April. Happy halloween!" Will pointed to a candy bowl on his desk. "Take a piece and find your seat."

She thanked him and went to sit down.

"Morning." Another student came through the door.

"Good morning and happy halloween, Don. You can have a piece of candy if you put your hood down, please."

Don reluctantly pushed the hood off of his head and grabbed a tootsie roll from the bowl.

"No. I'm homophobic, actually." Will smiled. "Take a piece of candy and sit down, Ralphie."

He did as he was told.

This process continued until the classroom contained 24 teenagers, all in various forms of halloween costumes. Some went all out, while some wore pumpkin t-shirts.

"Good morning, class!"

Various mutters replied.

Will clapped his hands. "Alright, my block class. Since it's a holiday, how about we do trivia for the first half and then watch The Great Pumpkin for the second half. Does that sound good?"

More mutters and shrugs.

"I get it. It's early and you're tired. I'll give you all sugar to wake you up." Will grabbed the bowl off his desk. "Every question you get right, you get a piece."

Everyone seemed to perk up at that.

"This is a health science class, so the questions are on-topic." Will flipped open a folder on his desk of past exam review questions. "How much-on average-does the human brain weigh?"

April's hand shot up, so Will called on her.

"Approximately three pounds!"

"Good! Catch!" Will tossed a jolly rancher to her. "A normal resting heart rate for adults is..."
