Beep. Beep. Beep. Beep.
Nico groaned and blindly felt for the alarm clock.
Beep. Beep. Beep. Beep.
"Mother Fucker."
He felt Will shift next to him. He turned and saw the scrunched up sleeping face of his darling husband.
"Son of a bitch."
He slowly tried to free himself from Will's arm over him. He tried to make minimum noise to not wake Will. Will's shift at the hospital ended late last night, so he needed all the sleep he could get.
He thought he was free to go, make his coffee, and leave the house for work when he heard Will whine.
"Neeks," he groaned, "Come back it's cold."
"Go back to sleep amore."
Will stuck his hand out and did grabbing motions, eyes still closed. "Come give me morning kisses before you leave then."
Nico couldn't say no of course, so he walked back over and leaned to kiss Will.
Will smirked and yanked Nico back into bed.
"William!"
Will chuckled and scooted closer. "Do you HAVE to go to work today?"
Nico sighed.
Will opened his eyes and poked Nico. "Come on! You're still wearing your pajamas! Take the day off, and we can spend the day together."
Nico looked at Will. "The only reason I'm still in pajamas was because a certain someone woke up too early and tricked me."
Will grinned. "You're the one who fell for it. Plus, I can't go back to sleep now."
Nico checked his watch. "Today is a slow day..."
Will smile grew. "Sooooo..."
Nico smiled. "I'll think about it."
Will groaned and sat up. "I'll take you out on Friday..." He added hopefully.
Nico sighed. "I'll call my boss."
Will pumped his fist. "YES!"
Nico flicked him. "Don't get excited yet. You have to stay quiet during the phone call."
Will grinned mischievously. "Or what, Di Solace?"
Nico smacked his shoulder. "Or else I'll go to work today. Get your mind out of the gutter."
Will wrapped his arms around Nico's waist. "Alright alright. Make it quick. I want cuddles."
Nico laid back down and put his head on Will's pillow. "Deal."
And then, for the rest of the day, they stayed at home and relaxed.
