Almost seventy years have past, I haven't seen Steve....but he would be dead by now. Mortals age differently.

The only thing I have left is a 'photo' that we did together during one of our talks. He told me all about these photos. It was lovely.

I still couldn't process the fact that he was gone.

Today Thor was going to be crowned king....don't get me wrong I was happy for him but......I don't think he is fit to be king. He's too arrogant and greedy most times. He's changed a lot over the years.

I stand beside my father with my mother and loki. Sif and the warriors three were on the other side.

I watch as Thor's hammer flies in, making the crowd cheer as he catches it. He gets the crowd screaming in amazement, making the rest of us roll our eyes.

Once he is done he kneels down and smiles at us, winking at mother. Father strikes Gungnir on the ground. "Gungnir. Its aim is true, its power strong. With it I have defended Asgard and the lives of the innocent across the Nine Realms since the time of the Great Beginning. And though the day has come for a new King to wield his own weapon...that duty remains the same. Thor Odinson, my heir, my first-born. So long entrusted with this mighty hammer, Mjolnir. Forged in the heart of a dying star, from the sacred metal of Uru. Only one may lift it. Only one is worthy. Who wields this hammer commands the lightning and the storm. Its power has no equal -- as a weapon, to destroy, or as a tool, to build. It is a fit companion for a King. Today I entrust you with the greatest honor in all the Nine Realms. The sacred throne of Asgard. I have sacrificed much to achieve peace. So, too, must a new generation sacrifice to maintain that peace. Responsibility, duty, honor. These are not merely virtues to which we must aspire. They are essential to every soldier and to every King. Thor Odinson, do you swear to guard the Nine Realms?"

"I swear."

"Do you swear to preserve the peace?" Father asks.

"I swear."

"Do you swear to cast aside all selfish ambition and pledge yourself only to the good of all the Realms?"

"I swear!" Thor smiles.

"Then on this day, I, Odin Allfather, proclaim you-" Father hesitates. I lean forward and grab his hand, thinking somethings happening to him. "Frost giants..." He whispers.

The celebration and was stopped. Father, Thor, Loki, and I race down into the vault to see a horrifying sight. Parts of Frost Giants and Guards were all over, as-well as Ice.

"The Jotuns must pay for what they've done!" Thor raises his voice.

"They have paid with their lives. The Destroyer did its job, and the Casket is safe. All is well." Father nods.

Thor frowns, "All is well?! They broke into the Weapons Vault! If the Frost Giants had stolen even one of these relics-"

"But they didn't."

Thor shakes his head. "I want to know why they-"

Father interrupts him, "The Casket of Ancient Winters belonged to the Jotuns. They believe it's their birthright."

"And if you hadn't taken it from them they would have laid waste to all the Nine Realms!" Thor raises his voice.

"I have a truce with Laufey, the Jotun King."

"He just broke your truce! We must act!" Thor points.

"And what action would you take?"

"March into Jotunheim as you once did, teach them a lesson, break their spirits so they'll never dare try to cross our borders again!" Thor nods.

"You're thinking only as a warrior."

"This was an act of war!" Thor raises his voice again.

"It was the act of but a few, doomed to fail."

"They got this far!" Thor points.

"We will find the breach in our defenses. It will be found, and it
will be sealed."

Thor shakes his head, "As King of Asgard, I would-"

"You are not King." Father yells, making me jump. "Not yet."

Thor stares at him for a moment before walking off and slamming the door. Loki sighs, "I'll talk to him." He walks off.

"Father....do you really think he's ready to be king? I'm worried." I look away. "He's changed."

Father grabs my hand and leads me out with a smile on his face...a fake smile. I already knew his answer.

I walk into the banquet hall as Sif and the warriors rush out to see the large table is flipped over, I sigh as I see Thor sitting with Loki.

"Thor." I say sweetly.

"It's not wise to be in my company, sister."

"Oh please. I can kick your ass any day." I sit next to him. This makes him slightly smile. "Brother." I say sweetly again.

Thor turns to me, "How could we ever stay mad looking at that face." He says to Loki.

"I know, brother. It's a curse." Loki smiles.

"How is my face a curse?" I laugh.

"Because we can never stay mad when we want to, and we can't say no to you. Ever." Loki chuckles.

I smile and lay my head on Thor's shoulder. "What were you talking about with Sif and the warriors before I came in?"

"We are going to Jotumheim." Thor looks down at me.

"Um...what? You know you can't right? It's against like everything!" I yell.

"We know." Thor stands.

"I'm coming with!" I instantly jump up.

"Excuse me?" Loki turns.

"I'm ready for battle." I nod.

"Absolutely not." Loki points.

"Yes! Your coming with!" Thor gives me a big hug. "Today we will finally fight side-by-side."

"No...no no no! Father may not kill us for going, but he will definitely kill us now for bringing her!" Loki rushes over.

"Loki. I'm a grown woman, I will do whatever I want." I roll my eyes. "Let me get my cloak."

"Oh dear."
