Chapter 15: Shattered

Hi everyone! I am so sorry for my bad habit of being late. Me and time management do not work well together. I've also been busy with practice for my multi-cultural rally at school. And then homework of course...a lot of it.

I know I left off the last chapter at a terrible cliffhanger. Sorry, but that's exactly how I wanted to end that chapter. You survived. Yay!

I should also tell you guys that I edit a lot. Sometimes I change a few things within a chapter, whether it has to do with spelling and grammar errors or just adding more detail to the chapter.

Did anyone see the trailer for Sun Village and Tartaros arc? Who's ready for round two cuz I'm pretty much gonna die from my emotions. For people only watching the anime....wish you luck. Brace yourselves because you're going to be in this emotional roller coaster for a long time.

⭐️Fairy Tail Guild⭐️

The guild was decorated in beautiful Christmas colors. Red and green streamers wrapped around the columns. Colorful lacrimas were trailing along the walls to give the guild a glow.

Gray and Juvia also managed to make snowflakes and crystals that are hanging from the ceiling.

The Christmas tree, which almost reached the ceiling, was beautifully decorated by everyone in the guild. Colorful lacrimas also decorated the huge tree. Ornaments of all shapes and sizes hang on the branches. Gray and Juvia also added a little bit of their magic to make the tree sparkle. A bright yellow star was placed on the top, finally completing the masterpiece.

Right now, everyone was relaxing from a long day of hard work. Mira just served the guild members hot chocolate with marshmallows. As they sat in front of the fireplace that they built, they couldn't help but gaze at the scenery before them.

"The guild looks so pretty." Wendy's eyes sparkled as she saw all of the decorations that were put up.

"Yeah. There was that issue of fixing the damage from Luna's crash. Other than that, it's not bad for our first Christmas." Erza pointed out.

"I'm glad that we get to celebrate this holiday with everyone," Levy said with a smile. After a few seconds, that smile somewhat faltered.

"Oi Shrimp, what's with the sad smile?"

Levy jumped in surprise as she turned around to see Gajeel and Lily right behind her.

"Gajeel, don't sneak up on me like that!"

"It's not my fault you get scared easily." Gajeel teased the solid-script mage while patting her head. Levy pouted; her cheeks were somewhat red. The girls just laughed at the two.

"You're talking about Natsu, Lucy, and Happy and their mission. Right Levy?" asked Lily. Levy just nodded.

"I just hope that they'll be back soon because it won't be Christmas without the whole guild being together."
