There was an agonizing sound full of pain and suffering that echoed throughout the entire cave. Lucy gasped and called out the name of the person who made that sound, turning her head toward the sound of his voice. Ayame saw this as an opportunity to strike when her opponent when she was distracted. She applied more force onto her twin ice swords. Since Lucy didn't exert the same amount of force, her whip went down, along with its user.

With Lucy even more vulnerable and defenseless as before,  Ayame wasted no time in letting this opportunity go to waste. Ayame used the whip to propel herself all the way to Lucy's back. Immediately after, she  let her blades strike down, piercing both of Lucy's arms. Lucy screamed as the ice cold blades made contact with her flesh. It honestly felt like everything inside and out were freezing to the point that there was no feeling in her arms. If that wasn't enough, Ayame brought the swords to the ground, pinning the blonde to the ground. Then, she stomped on one of Lucy's arms and pulled out the sword with all of her might. The only thing that is worse than actually getting stabbed is removing the weapon that actually stabbed you. All of the blood came gushing out of her arm. The same process was executed again with the other arm. And the same screams that came along with it.

Lucy was lying in a pool of her own blood. She couldn't move at all because of all of the blood that she has lost. She couldn't even scream. It's as if she lost her voice. From the corner of her eye, she could see Ayame getting closer and closer to her almost dead body. She was starting to lose her vision as well.  Everything just kept getting blurrier and darker. The last thing she saw was a bright light.

What a bloody mess the fire dragon slayer has gotten himself into. An ice blade with a temperature of absolute zero that is digging deeper into his throat plus a murderous ice demon who won't stop until he is dead. Wonderful. The best part about this is that the dragon slayer was just sitting there, waiting for his doom. What the hell.

Honestly, Natsu was pissed at the fact that he couldn't do anything about his deadly situation. Even when he tried to do something, Frost would immediately stop him like freezing off his opponent's arms and legs so he couldn't do anything. It was so frustrating to feel so useless.

"This is the end of the line for you Natsu Dragneel," Frost told his opponent as he was going to deliver the final blow.

Just when you think that your opponent would beg for mercy, something completely different would happen. That's how it is when it comes to Natsu Dragneel. He had that stupid smug look of his face, which irritated Frost.

"Don't be cocky!" Frost yelled as he stomped on Natsu's gut, making him hack up more blood. Natsu just kept that look on his face though, even adding a few laughs along the way.

"That's...my line..."

"Wha--" Frost wasn't able to finish his sentence because a blunt object knocking him upside his head.
