Hello everyone! Usually, I would start off with an apology as always, but that's probably not worth it to any of you now. Yeah...

Anyways, college is overwhelming. It seems easy at first, but when it's coming towards the end of the semester, that is full-on panic mode. But you know what? It's all over and I have a few weeks until school starts again. So, I'm going to finally finish this fanfic before the end. I still have some time until Christmas. Promise for sure this time that I will finish this fanfic this year. That means that I will probably try to cram in the last few chapters before Christmas or New Years. Most likely Christmas so keep an eye out for more updates for this fanfic.

Well, I'm probably boring everyone with this author's note. Way better to just start reading this long awaited chapter right now. Until next time.

"Mama!" Natsu and Happy screamed with shock as the looked at the woman in the cage. It only takes one good look at her to see the resemblance between the woman and girl. Blonde hair, brown eyes, and literally every facial feature that the two share.

"I am glad that all of you have made it here safe and sound," said the woman with a relieved tone.

"Mama!" Luna happily said as she quickly flew toward the woman in the cage. She tackled her into a warm hug, crying her eyes out saying, "Don't worry. We'll get you out of here."

The woman returned the star's hug and with a smile as warm as the hug said, "I know, and I'm thankful for that."

"Well, I guess that's our cue to bust Lucy's mom out of that cage," Natsu happily said as he cracked both of his knuckles. Of course, Happy responded with his signature "Aye sir!"

"Wait."

Everyone directed their attention to the source of that voice. Lucy hasn't moved an inch since then. Most of her tears were gone and she seemed slightly calmer than a few minutes ago, but not calm enough to call her stable.

"You still haven't answer my question yet. Tell me why? Why are you still alive?"

Layla flinched in hearing the word, "alive." She didn't know how to tell her daughter about her situation, let alone what to actually say to the daughter who presumed her mother was dead.

"Alive? Ha! That woman is just a wandering spirit that was summoned here."

"You!" Lucy snarled at the white-haired girl who had said that remark.

"Long time no see Lucy Heartfilia."

"Why am I always the forgotten one? It hurts, you know?" Frost was wiping off some fake tears as he walked to his sister's side.

"It's the stripper!" Natsu exclaimed while pointing his finger at the young boy.

Frost clenched his fists in anger. "I told you that I'm not a stripper!" Frost wasted no time in summoning his sword and charging straight into the dragon slayer with murderous intent. Natsu was able to quickly react and caught the sword with his bare hands.

"Natsu!" Lucy and the others called out his name with a worried tone. They were about to run toward him to help out, but the ground suddenly split apart into two, separating Natsu and the others.

"Ice Demon's Crescent Moons..."

Lucy turned around to face Ayame, who had her arms out in front of her after that attack.
