He doesn't look like he's a fighter so it's a wonder why they chose him.

If they're going to kidnap one of the members of the biggest mafia in Italy, they should've hired someone to replace him who resonates the same sense of power Loki resonates. This lanky man looks like a Walmart version of who he's trying to impersonate.

"Where is he?" kalmado kong tanong ngunit sinusubukan talaga niya ang pasensiya ko.

In a desperate attempt, I pulled the collar of the fake Ralph Lauren suit he was wearing before I dragged him to the nearest room.

He stood guard as I did what torture lessons taught me.

Once we got inside, I let him go and he stumbled to the floor. Aaminin ko, he has so many similarities to Loki that I even got confused for a second. The only difference between them were their eyes.

Loki's eyes are sea-blue habang yung lalaki na kaharap ko ngayon ay hazel brown, just like mine.

"I'm going to repeat my question and if you don't answer right away, I will blow your brains," banta ko.

I'm not even joking. I'm just that desperate.

Every second without Loki adds to the probability that he might be dead.

"Where is he?" I took a couple of steps forward and he immediately scrambled back.

Nearly an hour has passed without Loki... and it takes less than a minute to kill someone.

"For God's sake, where is he?!"

This time, my voice grew louder. Running out of patience, I got my gun out of my thigh holster before pointing it at him.

The man immediately went to his knees, begging me in Italian. I walked closer to him until the end of my gun was on his forehead.

There's no mercy that will save him.

"Please..." he whimpered. "Spare me."

"Where is he?"

"I don't know–"

I rammed the hilt of my gun on the top of his head and he immediately screamed in agony. He stumbled back on his ankles, rubbing the part where I hit him.

Napabuntong-hininga ako nang lumayo siya sa'kin. I turned my back against him to gather my thoughts until an idea popped into my mind.

I glanced at the man again but he was already sitting against a wall, nervously anticipating for my next move.

When we were face to face again, I rotated the cylinder before snapping it back to place.
