Chapter 33

[Warning: Death]

"Thank you,"

Adler said while we're laying on the bed. We are on our favorite position. I'm hugging him in his waist while I'm laying on his shoulders. Using his other hand, he's caressing my hair. We talked a lot of random stuffs and we didn't see that it was midnight already.

"Hmm, for what?" I asked.

"For waiting, for loving me and for our baby." He said. I can feel that he's smiling so big.

Inangat ko ang ulo ko at tinignan siya.

"Thank you. For understanding me, for waiting, for being patient while I was fulfilling my dreams." I said while caressing his face. "I was so thankful and lucky that I have you. I love you so much." I said it with feelings.

He smiled and kissed my forehead.

"I love you, always." He answered and we go to sleep.

We woke up, of course, early. He said that we need to go to his condo because he have something to do. I said he can just leave me here but he don't want.

"I can take care of myself, don't worry." Sabi ko habang pinipilit pa 'rin siya.

"No. We will go to Antipolo today." He said while eating.

Kanina ko pa siya pinipilit na 'wag na akong sumama. Sinabi ko pa sa kaniya na may check-up pa ako bukas pero ang sinabi niya i-cancel ko na lang daw at do'n ako magpa-check up.

"So, your condo is in Antipolo?" I asked while drinking my milk.

"Yeah,"

"Why?" I asked curiously. I'm just curious.

Napatigil siya sa pagsubo at tumingin sa'kin. Tinaasan ko lang siya ng kilay.

"Vince said that..." He started. "That...you always go there," He said, almost a whisper.

Kinagat ko ang labi ko. Kaunting ganito lang, kinikilig na kaagad ako sa kaniya.

"So, you go there..." I said. "Because of me?" I asked while stopping myself from smiling.

"Yeah," He said in a shy tone. "I was..." He stopped again. "I was planning to make a move when I knew that you're there."

Tumango-tango ako. "But?"

Tinignan niya ako ng nagtataka. Umiwas siya ng tingin at bumuntong-hininga.

"But..." He sighed. "I didn't expect that...we will meet this early."

Tumango ulit ako. I knew he's finish eating so inilapit ko ang upuan ko sa tabi niya at niyakap siya. I gave him a peck on his cheeks.

"Can we visit Mama & Papa first? I need to tell them that I'm pregnant." I said while I buried my face in his neck.

I felt him stopped. "Y-Your...Dad?" He asked nervously.

Tumawa ako bago kumalas sa yakap niya.

"Yeah, we...you know, we're okay now." I said while starting to clean the table.

Inagaw sa'kin ni Adler ang hawak kong plato at siya at nagligpit ng mga 'yon.

"Okay, we will visit them." Lutang na sabi niya.

Dumiretso na ako sa banyo para maligo. Nang maklabas ako ay agad na akong nagbihis. I wore a ruffled nude dress. I also wore a nude coat to pair with my dress. I just wore sneakers, I'm afraid I might get fall if I wear a heels.
