[3rd Person POV]

If Silver was actually a good Force Captain she wouldn't be sulking in her room right now, At least that's what she keeps telling herself.
Currently, Silver, was curled up in a corner on her mattress due to many reasons.
1) Still no sign that Adora made it out of that ruin alive a whole week later and no activity from the rebellion either.
2) Shadow Weaver thought it was a good idea to make her train with Catra's team, meaning she had collected a pretty hard kick in the back from Lonnie. Which still hurt by the way. She knows it wasn't intentional but the dark skinned girl really needed to learn to control her strength around the smaller magicat. Despite Shadow Weaver's orders.
3) It's been a week, since her heat had showed it's stupid head and it hasn't gone since. Catra's own went away, but hers, just always stuck around for a day or two extra, to her disappointment. In other words, it really hurt. The last stages of course, pain. Pain she desperately hated.
4) The last but the worst it seems. Catra hasn't showed herself around her lover for a week as well. Silver was getting worried. And lonely as they nights went by.

Silver's temperament was soon put to the test however, when her door opened and the sickly green light the Horde was infamous for, lit up her previously dark room. Silver curled up even tighter. She knew who it was. She didn't bother to turn around, their scent was all too familiar to her.

"Silver?" Catra's voice rang soft, cautious and caring. But she couldn't care for any of those. All she needed right now was company and something to get rid of the fucking pain in her gut and spine!

"Go away..." Silver croaked in response as the door closed behind the other feline. Catra dared to move closer, she regretted not visiting Silver as often as she used to, she regretted having to leave her with her cramps for longer than needed. But she mostly regretted having to show her face now of all times.

"Silver, look, I regret having to abandon you like this. I didn't intend to on purpose." The Silver-white haired feline, curled even tighter, as if it was even possible. She grumbled something under her breath and Catra raised an eyebrow before leaning over her, to hear properly.

What came next however, made Catra leap out of her skin.

"I SAID GO AWAY, CATRA!" Silver hissed, as she leapt onto all fours and pinned Catra under her. Baring her fangs, tail frizzed, ears pinned back and breath heaving as she did so. The only thing that didn't make Catra's fur bristle on end and bust out her own yell in anger, was the fact that Silver's eyes were brimming with tears.

"Silver...I--" Silver cut her off, "No! You don't get to come in here, and talk to me like everything's fine. You just killed your long time best friend, left me to my cramps, never visit for a week, and watch me from the sidelines as Shadow Weaver forced me to train with your team, also telling them not to hold back since, 'we gotta stay sharp and having active partners would prepare us for an actual fight!!' I clearly want to get out of here, but no, I stay. Why? Because of YOU!!"

Catra gasped and flinched, tears brimming in her own eyes. Guilt flooded through Silver all at once. It was a usual process for her, get mad, feel the guilt after lashing out, then cry. Like she was doing now. She lowered herself onto the brunette and sobbed quietly.

"I'm sorry...it's just that..." Silver sniffled, "They've been extra hard on me now and I don't know why. Why can't there be a life where I don't have to wake up to a war, Catra? " She held on tighter.
