I sit for about 10 minutes listening to my thoughts about my future. It doesn't really get me anywhere though.
As I'm skiing I hear some rustling from the bushes and I see a figure of a boy about my age standing in the darkness.
Ugh it's that asshole that I saw when I was writing my notes. What is he even doing here?
"Who's that?" He says and stumbles.
"What are you doing here?" I say harshly.
"Uh I like it here." He says hesitating before he walks forwards.
I scoff and turn back to my view of the town.
"What are you doing here?" He asks after a while.
"Searching threw my pool of sorrow."
He looks at me with pity.
I fall back to stair at the moon.
"Even the moon knows my secrets, while the sun watches over me.
The silence calms my brain as he lays next to me soaking the night sky in.
Although my thoughts are are interrupted as I hear crackling from the trees behind me.
A bloody Elora stumbles out the the trees.
"ELORA!" I scream.
She struggles making her way towards me. Her face is bloody and her hands are stained red.
"Are you hurt?" I say with concern in my voice as I make my way towards her.
"I'm fine, it's not my blood." She assures me but she still seems worn out.
"Get the hell out of here." I say to the boy who I still don't know his name. He just stands there looking confused and a little concerned.
"GO!" I shout even louder.
He quickly runs away and I turn back to Elora.
"What was it?" I say putting my hands on her shoulders.
"Blood, pooled on top of me." She says still gasping.
"By who?" I ask already knowing the answer.
"The coven he's working for." She answers for me.
I scan her body as there is no cuts or bleeding from her.
"I'm just shocked and had to run really fast." She answers my thoughts.
"Let's get you home." I tell her.
"No, it's too long let me..." she begins.
"suscipe me virtus mea, ut ubi ego voco in domum suam" she says and before I can speak a word I feel myself and Elora getting pulled into some other world and I close my eyes tightly. When I open them I see our house. Wow, she must have got that power from when she siphoned me.
"Let's go." Elora says and I do so.
When we walk in the door I see my mum, dad and Uncle Tommy.
"Oh my goodness." My mother lets out a gasp.
Everyone stands up and quickly comes towards us.
"Is she hurt." My mother asks me worryingly.
"No." Elora answers for me.
"W-what happened?" Asks my father who is looking for wounds across Elora body.
"A bunch of blood got dropped on me." Elora says.
"The other coven." My Uncle Tommy says.
"Must be." I say under my breath.
I look at the clock in the living room and it's now 4:05.
"Let's get you cleaned up dear." My mother says to Elora taking her hand and they leave the room.
"How come your late?" My father asks.
"Uh I had to get Elora home and she went away for a while and then..." I lie.
"Right okay, you go wash your hands." Says my father.
I look down at my hands that are dyed a dark red colour and I had no idea I was in this state.
When I reach the small bathroom I look at myself to see my hair all messy with blood splotches on my face. I look horrendous.
I was my face and hands making them go a dark pinky colour so I stay for about 40 minutes trying to get that away. In the end I get most of it all but I'm still a light pink.
I get to my room to see messages from Gia and Daniel asking why I wasn't in school today.
I tell Daniel I was practicing my skills with Elora leaving out the part of her getting covered in blood of course. After that I tell Gia I wasn't feeling well and had stomach cramps. Before shutting my phone off I tell them I'll hopefully be in school tomorrow. I add to my diary and realise how crazy I sound but I do it anyways.
I'm not to hungry tonight so I decide to have an early night sleep. My dreams are mixed with Elora being tortured and Mr Stealth bleeding me dry.
