"I'm taking Lin Fan to the city for a week."
Hearing Keran's firm statement, Xiaotang and Shaking choked on their breakfast. Keran looked at them in question.
"What seems to be the matter?" she asked.
"N-Nothing," Xiaotang said. "But isn't this, too early?"
"No," Keran shook her head. "Yuxin and Xueer moved in after one night."
"WHAT??" Xiaotang flipped out.
"Yo, I moved in with my ex two months after dating, it's normal," Shaking cut in.
"WHAT?!?!?" Xiaotang screamed once again. "So, I'm the only one stuck in slow progress?!?!"
Keran turned to Xiaotang and eyed her suspiciously.
"What do you mean, slow progress?" Keran asked. "Is there someone you have the hots for?"
"Obviously," Shaking rolled her eyes, "she has the hots for Shuxin."
"I didn't know that you were into her," Keran raised a brow. "Much less girls like that."
"Girls like what?"
"You know the 'ehehe ehehe' type of girls."
With that, Shaking and Keran started imitating Shuxin. Xiaotang's brow twitched in anger.
"SHUT UP!" she slammed her fists on the table. "I can love whoever I want, okay?"
"Yes, yes," Shaking agreed. "We know. But we just didn't expect you to like the 'ehehe ehehe' type of girl Shuxin is."
"Speaking of Shuxin," Keran began. "I've noticed that her friend, Yu Yan, and you, Keyin, don't get along."
Shaking rolled her eyes.
"Of course, we don't get along!" she spat. "She's a motherfucking son of a-"
"Alright, alright! We get it!" Xiaotang cut in. "No need to start cussing at her."
Shaking only huffed and said nothing. Keran eyed her two friends, waiting for the right time to speak.
"Why are you looking at us like that, Keke?" Xiaotang asked.
"Oh, I was just going to ask if you two can watch over the house and the farm while we go," Keran said. "I'm worried about the vandals. They might do something horrible if no one stays back. Is that okay with you?"
Shaking and Xiaotang simultaneously slapped Keran hard on the back making her yelp.
"Don't worry, xiong di! Xiaotang gave her a thumbs up. "We are here."
"Yeah!" Shaking agreed with a thumbs up. "Just take you lover girl with you to see your family. We will take good care of both your homes!"
"Awn, thank you guys," Keran wiped a fake tear.
"Cut the dramatics, Lu Keran. You aren't an actress."
"Alright, alright."

Lin Fan could not stop gaping at the mile-high buildings. She's never seen the something so close to the sky except in the movies. Lin Fan gasped when a sky train flew past them from above.
"How are you liking the city so far?" Keran asked.
"It's awesome!" Lin Fan said as she finally leaned back in her seat. "I don't know if it's your car that's good or the road that's smooth but man; it's like we're gliding the whole way!"
"It's probably both," Keran humblebragged. "I paid a fortune for this car."
"Yeah, I can tell," Lin Fan said as she shifted in her seat. "You caused quite a commotion when your car first rolled into the village. Xiai and Chen Jue told me that Anqi got worried."
