Chapter 51

"Well you look happy." Quackity smiles joyfully as I enter Kinoko Kingdom. I sigh, giving him a tight hug.

"I am. I made amends with my dad today. He taught me how to use this!" I pull out the trident from earlier, smiling so much that my cheeks start to hurt.

"That's amazing Y/N. I'm glad to see you're happy. Seeing you makes me smile." Quackity plants a kiss my my lips.

"Ughh do you guys really have to do that here?" A voice groans out behind us. We pull away to see Karl looking disgusted.

"Sorry Karl." I nervously laugh and he shakes his head, walking over to his house. I turn back to my boyfriend, punching him in the arm.

"Hey what was that for?!" He exclaims, clutching his right arm.

"You got us in trouble with Karl dipshit!" I laugh, walking hand in hand with him back to our house.

When we enter, we stare into the full length mirror. He wraps his arms around me, smiling.

"When do you think we'll be able to take these stupid things off?" I gesture to the bandage on the side if my face.

"I dunno. Probably soon." He shrugs and I sigh.

"I bet the scar will look stupid." I shake me head, thinking about the damage which will be left from the fight with Techno.

"No... I think you'll look badass. Besides, we will have matching scars which will look cool as fuck. With us running Las Nevadas and looking as cool as us, people will be intimidated by us for sure. In a good way though." He jokes but in a way, he's kind of right.

"Yeah... I guess so. I'm so excited for it. It will be nice to be in a new place." I smile, getting excited for the opening of Las Nevadas.

"Oh, speaking of which..."

Quackity heads towards our room, bringing out two warm coats.

"Tubbo invited us to Snowchester. I saw him earlier and he asked if we wanted to visit." Quackity tells me. I nod with excitement, placing the coat over my body.

We begin our short journey towards Snowchester and once we get there, the cold weather hits us instantly.

Quackity being the amazing boyfriend he is, places his arm around me to warm me up a bit.

The cold snow beneath our feet crunches in a satisfying way as we walk towards the small housing area.

"You came!" Tubbo happily rushes over to us. He gives us a beaming smile, excited to show us around.

"So this is Snowchester... I like it." I smile, looking around at the few small buildings.

"Thank you! Come with me. I have something to show you." Tubbo smiles, walking us towards another small but cozy home.

"This is our house. Mine and Ranboo's I mean. Oh! Also did I tell you about Michael?" Tubbo asks with even more excitement than before.

Quackity and I look at each other before shaking our heads.

Tubbo leads us into his house and I stare at all the furniture and photos on the wall.

"Ranboo is out at the minute but he should be back soon. Make yourselves at home. Micheal, come down here please. We have guests." Tubbo yells as I hear a sort of grunting sound come from a few floors above.

The faint sound of pitter pattering gets louder until I see a small piglin child looking nervously at us.

"Y/N, Quackity, meet Michael. He's mine and Ranboo's adopted son." Tubbo tells us with a proud smile.

I smile at Michael and he looks up at me curiously. I kneel down on one knee, introducing myself to the small child.

"Hello Michael. My name's Y/N. It's nice to meet you." I smile at him and he gives me a small grunt. Cute.

Tubbo begins showing us around the house. He explains what it's like living here before climbing the ladder to the next floor. Quackity follows after him but before I get the chance to, I feel a small tug on my leg.

I look down at Michael who is holding up his arms for me to pick him up. I laugh beding down to do so, sitting him on my hip as he plays with a small gold chain which say around my neck. A small gift which my dad gave me this morning. It had a small creeper face on it and had a few emeralds for the eyes.

I watch in awe as he keeps messing around with the chain but is careful not to break it.

"Hey Y/N, have you seen-"

Tubbo stops speaking as he watches his son playing with the gold chain around my neck. Quackity climbs down the ladder and joins him by his side.

Tubbo looks in awe at his son which sends a smile to my face. However, Quackity looks at me in pure shock.

"I didn't know you were good with kids." He says and I shake my head.

"I didn't either."

The door suddenly opens and Ranboo walks through the door, banging his head on the doorway.

"Ow. I keep forgetting about that." He rubs his head in pain but looks embarrassed when he sees Quackity and I also in his house.

He looks at Michael who jumps out of my arms, running over to him. Ranboo picks up his son, giving him a hug.

We all admire the sight and I give a warm smile. I have never seen this side to Ranboo. It's nice.

"Guys I have an idea!" Tubbo announces, rooting through one of his chests in the corner of the room. He reaches in, pulling out a small camera.

"We should all get a photo! We could put it up on the wall!" He exclaims excitedly, setting up the camera on a 10 second timer.

Quackity stands next to me with his arm wrapped around me. I lean my head in his shoulder as he smiles.

Ranboo stands behind Tubbo who stands next to me with Michael in his arms.

"Everybody say bees!" Tubbo shouts and we all laugh.

"Bees!"

The camera flashes taking the photo.

I'm gonna need a copy of that.
