Hero POV

5 years later

"Daddy! Daddy!" I hear a high-pitched voice scream in my ear. That voice that I love so much brings me out of my much-needed sleep. "Daddy wake up!" She says much more forcefully this time jumping up and down on the bed. I groan and cover my face with the duvet to keep her from screaming in my face.

"Sunny. It's only seven in the morning. What is it, honey?" Jo says in a groggy voice. She used to hate waking up early every time I would make even the slightest noise I would get a pillow to get thrown to my head.

Now that Sunny has this thing where she wakes up almost every Saturday early in the morning Jo tends to try and hide the fact that she is cranky the whole day due to our daughter's energetic personality but we love her either way. Sunny is this child that always has a lot of energy compared to her brother Angel. They may be twins but they are the complete opposite of each other. They may be the complete opposite of each other and have their usual arguments but they'd be nothing without each other. The bond they share is probably the strongest I have ever seen.

Angel and Summer don't hang out with their other two siblings. Maybe it has to do with the fact that they are a bit younger than Angel and Summer. Jo and I decided to wait after 3 years of Angel and Summer being born to start trying to have kids again. We soon got pregnant shortly after we started trying and we had our little miracle Freddie. Jo and I didn't want to have any more kids after Freddie but we decided that Freddie needed a sibling since he figured he was going to be lonely because the twins would have a strong bond so a year later we had another miracle named Avery. Even though we had four kids Jo was the one who suffered the most giving birth to four kids in 5 years Jo is a superwoman.

Like when Angel and Summer were born at 34 weeks which Dr. Redd informed us that could be a possibility. But when that happened me and Jo were devastated to see the two little miracles that we created with so much love in an incubator. Dr. Redd had said they were going to be just fine but I was doubting it the moment I saw them so tiny and weak.

But luckily after a month of being in the incubator, they were home and as healthy as a baby could ever be. "Mommy comes on I'm bored and hungry I wanna play and have breakfast." She wines and puts her lips the same way Jo does. I've noticed that Sunny looks a lot like Jo and Angel looks a lot like me.

Sunny has long straight blonde hair. Her eyes were blue but with a hint of green to them. She just reminds me of Jo so much as a kid even her personality. Excited, curious about the world around me, energetic, and overexcited about every little thing. A curious little human.

Angel is more of a reserved type of guy. He's more of an old soul. He likes to spend a lot of his time reading and he's at a very high level of reading for his age and he's only 5 so he doesn't know how to read a lot but he's reading at almost a second-grade level. He keeps more to himself. But when he and Sunny are together it's like mass destruction.

Sunny brings out this side to Angel that nobody can not even me and Jo. Every time me and Jo would ask him if he wanted to play or go outside or what he wanted to do for fun. He's asked us to sit there and watch a movie or TV show with him. He's a lot more calm than Sunny but he also has his rebel side. He's like his dad in that way.

Can't say I'm particularly proud but hey that rebel could maybe lead to good things you never know. Angel may not say it but I know he has a crush on Annika and Matt's daughter Pricilla. I mean that little girl is going to be breaking hearts in the future.
