Chapter Fourteen

Taehyung held Jin's hand while walking to his front door, telling him, "I hope you enjoyed our date. "He glanced at Jin as they paused before the entrance.

Jin smiled, looking at him, "I did, this was my first date ever, and I am happy I went with you."

Taehyung returned his smile, "happy to know I wasn't a disappointing first date for you."

While looking down at his feet, Jin blushed, making Taehyung laugh, "you are so shy it's adorable, okay, I'm going to let you go in. I don't want to have your mom forbid me to take you for another date. As soon as I get home, I will call you. Go into the house."

Releasing his hold on Jin's hand, Taehyung gently pushes him towards the door. Jin turns and smiles at him, "I really needed this tonight. You made me feel good, thank you."

"Go on a second date with me, and I will make you feel even better than you did tonight," Taehyung says while smiling at Jin.

This made Jin laugh, "I am okay with that."

"Great, I will let you know when. I will send you all the details about my party tomorrow night. Let's catch up then. You will be in good hands with Jimin if you are able to ride with him. If not, you can call me, and I'll come to pick you up. It's time for you to go inside; if I have to continue to look at you all night, I won't be able to resist the temptation to kiss you."

Blushing again, Jin lowered his head and smiled, "okay, goodnight."

"Goodnight, Seokjin," Taehyung said to Jin as he watched him enter his house.

Jungkook opened his room door, annoyed to see Taehyung standing before him, "why the fuck are you here so late? Don't you live anywhere? Who let you in?"

Taehyung stepped inside Jungkook's room with a shrug, "Jimin and Yoongi are downstairs. If Yoongi can be here, I can be here too. Anyhow, I just got back from my date with your neighbor. My goodness, he is the most adorable human I've ever met.

Even though I never get nervous, there was a little bit of nervousness being on the date with him; his handsomeness is unrivaled. He and I are going to make a fine ass couple. I don't like dating, but for him, I could be on lockdown."

Jungkook shuts his door and turns to look at Taehyung, "you went on a date with Seokjin?"

"Yup, the one and only. I just brought him home. He has a sweet mom, but she insisted that I return him home at a certain time, so I did as she instructed, so I wouldn't spoil the opportunity to take him out again. His beauty comes from her, although I have not met his father yet. Have you met him? Probably not; you aren't the type of person who is invited into homes." Taehyung took off his jacket and took a seat on Jungkook's bed, picking up his gaming controller that was there, and looked towards the t.v. at what game Jungkook was playing.

With a sour look on his face, Jungkook goes and sits by the chair at his desk where he usually did his homework, "what game are you trying to play with Jin? It's not like you to take anyone on dates."

"It is true that you have a point, and I told him the same thing. I am a stickler for honesty, as you know, but this guy is so cute and innocent. He makes me want to give this whole dating thing another try. The fact that he isn't too experienced and trying to jump me is pleasing to me."

With a raised eyebrow, Jungkook stares at him, "how do you know he is innocent?"

Taehyung shrugs, "I don't know, but I don't care either. When I say innocent, I am not referring to whether he had sex or not. I am referring to his actions and the way he blushes and smiles. It is so pure and adorable. He doesn't look at me desperately and drool all over himself like a dog looking at his next meal."

"That's cool, I guess. So y'all together now?"

"There is nothing like that, and we just went on a date. However, I plan to take him out another time to get to know him better, and then from there, I will see how it goes."

"Aight, cool, well before you go any further with him, just want you to know I had sex with him. Seeing as you were telling me everything you did with him, I figured I would keep it real with you too."

Taehyung looked at his best friend, "was wondering how long it was going to take you to confess that."

"You knew?"

"Of course I knew, a handsome guy moved next door to you, and they are your type. Do you think I am stupid? Do you think we have been friends all these years for me not to know you? Jimin and Hoseok might be dumb, but I am not dumb, and Seokjin's face speaks everything, like that night you texted him while we were downstairs watching that anime. Save your name as John and shit, at least make it Peter or some shit like that."

Jungkook leaned back in his chair, staring at Taehyung in disbelief, "why didn't you say something?"

"Because I wanted to hear from you, but don't worry; I am not mad at you for sleeping with him. I will leave that to Jimin once he finds out. Further, he and I are not together for me to get upset over things like that. Currently, he's free to do whatever he wants, and so am I, but if I continue to be interested in him the way I am, that could quickly change."

"You are not telling Jimin shit-"

"I would never, but nothing stays hidden forever, so brace yourself. Anyway, let's play a game and call Yoongi's horny ass up here so we can all hang out. I'm gonna sleep here tonight, so I guess you should grab your sleeping bag and take the floor. I am taking the bed."

"You seem very happy today; what's happening?" Jimin nudges Jin whose house he was at because Jungkook and his friends had taken over his house. So he couldn't enjoy his Saturday as much as he would have liked.

Jin looked down at his hand, with his fingers twisting together; he was nervous to say, but he didn't want to keep another secret from Jimin, who always seemed so genuine towards him, "I went on a date last night."

Jimin jumped up from the bed, "oh my gosh, you did? Wait, how did this happen? With who? Is it that John guy you are always texting? Wait, wait, he came here to Seoul to see you? Oh my goodness, that's so romantic. I have to call Hoseok; he cannot miss hearing this."

"W-wait, no, it's not him. It was someone else." Jin spoke up loudly, trying to calm his hyper friend.

"Oh, someone else? Who? Do I know them?"

Jin slowly nodded his head, "you do, it's Taehyung."

Taken back by this, Jimin takes a seat back onto Jin's bed, "Taehyung?"

"Yes, he asked me out, and I agreed. Last night, we had a really fun time. We went to dinner. Dinner was followed by a walk on the pier, where we talked. After that, he brought me back to my home."

"Wow, you went on a date with Taehyung?" Jimin's eyes were wide in disbelief.

Jin nodded, "I did, and I had fun. It was my first date, but he was really nice."

"Aww, that's so sweet, though. You seem to have had a good time. My goodness, I have no idea what I think about you going out with Taehyung, but you look so happy, it makes me smile. Did he really treat you well?"

"He did. He brought me chocolate too."

"Taehyung brought you chocolate?" Jimin had to repeat the question to make sure he heard right.

Again Jin nodded in response, "he did; I have them downstairs, do you want?"

"Yeah, I do, shit, Yoongi never brought me chocolates. I need to send him a hint. I would have never guessed Taehyung was out here buying chocolates and dating. I would suggest you have him keep this up and don't go jumping into bed with him, do you understand?"

"Okay, I won't-" the ringing of his phone cut off his words. Looking at it, he saw it was Jungkook calling him. Without a second thought, he hit the ignore button and turned back to Jimin, "let's go try the chocolates, I haven't had any yet, but they looked really good. He invited me to his party tonight and said I should ride with you."
