Chapter 69

Ross' POV:

(Y/n) and I spent the night there at the hotel. We had this romantic dinner and we slept 'til like five in the morning.
I guess I don't have to tell you why, because you might know already the answer to that.....
Yes, we were watching movies and eating candy and chocolate. Candy, including chocolate, though, is one of the reasons why we couldn't be able to sleep. (I know y'all thought something else, admit it😏😂 jk😂)
I also want to give her something special for her birthday. I have it right now, though. I guess I'll give it to her later. I bought it back in California.
So when I woke up, I found (Y/n) sleeping in my ...naked chest. I most of the time take my shirt off while I sleep so that's why I was shirtless. (Y/n) was hugging me while her head was in my chest. I loved this ....so much. If only we could stay like this for the rest of our lives, but sadly, we can't.
"Morning, Ross." (Y/n) said waking up. I smiled "Morning, beautiful." I gave her a quick kiss in the lips "How did you sleep?" She asked "Good, thanks." I said "What time is it?" She asked "Um..hold up." I said getting my phone from the night table that was beside the bed "What the..?!?" I exclaimed "What?" She asked looking at me "We have to get going, (Y/n). It's 1 o'clock!" I said, she got up from the bed, I did too. "Why does every time that we sleep together, somehow it's always late?" She asked getting her phone. " I don't know, time flies when you're with the one you love..." I winked at her, she looked at me and smiled "Yeah.." She looked at her phone again "Oh, my God..." She said "What is it?" I asked, she looked worried "I gotta get to school now. Laura just texted me saying that the principal announced yesterday that they would be doing room check in about one hour." She said as I walked closer to her "Okay, what's a 'room check'?" I asked "A 'room check' is when they start to be checking on us if we didn't sneak out or anything from school. This is bad." She said worried "What happens if they don't see you there in your room?" I asked. She was just staring at me. "(Y/n).." I asked "Oh. I'm sorry, I..what?" She asked "I asked you something and you were just staring at me." I laughed a little "I was staring at your perfect face..." I smiled "..And to answer your question, if they don't see me there...I'll probably get suspended." She said "Okay...let's hurry." I said.

After half an hour, we made it to school. I wish I had a car here and not be having to take a taxi. While (Y/n) was taking a bath and I was on my phone texting Rocky, seated at a sofa, Laura sat right next to me. "Hi, Ross." She said smiling "Oh, hey." I said smiling back "You know, before you came here, (Y/n) talked to me a lot about you and ...I know this is going to sound crazy but I'm just doing this because she's now one of best friends and I want to see her happy. So....you ready?" She asked. I looked at her confused "Uh..yeah, tell me." I said. Laura leaned in close to my ear and she whispered something.

(Y/n)'s POV:

As I got out of the bathroom. Already changed into a new outfit, my hair brushed, everything, I saw how Laura was telling, well..whispering something in Ross' ear. Okay...that didn't bother me much, it kind of did because, why would she be telling something to Ross and not wanting me to hear it? But what most bothered me...why was Ross smiling like an idiot!? I cleared my throat so they would notice that I was there already. Laura got a bit away from him and they both looked at me "What's going on?" I asked "Nothing...nothing." Ross said trying to sound serious but, there was something in that tone, he sounded...like...happy.
