Chapter 9:

-(Y/n)! Great to see you! -she gave me a hug, which I responded to immediately, then we separated.

-Great to see you too! -I smiled

-Oh and please, I've already told you to call me Stormie, sweetie. -she was smiling

-Okay, from now on I will.

-Come on in -she invited me in and then saw how Rocky and Ryland were playing video games in the living room.

-Sup' gorgeous? -Rocky asked when he saw me. He got up and gave me a hug.

-Hey Rocky, how are you? -me and Rocky are such good friends, not only him and me, the rest of the family are friends with me. Of course, I mean, I've know them my whole life.

-Oh I'm good. Ryland, say hi.-he looked at Ryland who was really so into the video game he was playing.

-Oh hey, sorry (y/n) -he looked at me

-No problem Ry -I said smiling

-How is the best friend in the entire world doing? -a smiling Rossy came down stairs and kissed me on the cheek.

-Hey Ross, I'm fine, thanks by the way.

-Let's go up stairs to my room. -he said.
While we were getting up stairs we saw Rydel.

-Rydel!! -I said hugging her, she hugged me back, we broke the hug.

-Girl, how you doing? I missed you, you know. We have to talk about lots of things.

-We do, and sorry I haven't texted you back, I almost got grounded and you know how school started so I was getting ready.

-Yeah sure, no problem, well, I'll leave y'all two to work on your project.
We then got to his room.

-Hey Ross, I wanted to ask you a question.

-Yeah sure go ahead, ask. -he was turned around getting something out from his backpack.

-When are you asking Catherine Brooks out? -he stopped what he was doing and then looked at me...serious.

-Do you want to go to the pool (Y/n)?

Why was he changing the subject!?

-Um..Ross? -he was now grabbing two towels. Oh come on.

-Come on, it'll be fun, it's just a break from school today.

-Ross, we just had like 12 weeks of summer, don't you think that's a long break? -He laughed

-Yes, but please, just for today, we still got a lot of time.
I didn't know, the pool offer was good but, I still want to know if he's going to ask Catherine out.

-Ross, I don't have a swim suit...

-RYDEL!! -he yelled, Rydel came up to his room seconds later.

-Yes? -she asked

-Can you please let (y/n) borrow one of your swim suits?

-Yeah sure, I'll give her the one I just bought, you'll love it! -she got out of her room and then immediately came back with a pink bikini.

-Oh my....thank you so much Rydel!-she was right, I love it, specially because it's pink.

-No problem, have fun! -she went to her room.

-Ok, I'll be right back. I'll go change.-I went to the bathroom and when I got out I was ready to go. Then I saw Ross, he was wearing a yellow shirt and his swim shorts. We got out to the backyard. I was putting some sunblock, and while I was doing that, Ross was taking his shirt off. I couldn't help but to stare at his abs.

-Like what you see? -he smiled, ugh, he noticed me staring at him.

I blushed -Sorry, it's just that...last time I saw you without a shirt it was when you were eleven and I was ten, I think. -I said.

-Yeah well, I work out so haha, but...-he paused

-But what? -I asked.

-You changed too. I.. I mean, look at you, you're all grown up. You got taller, like, you're pretty tall, and gorgeous.

-Liar -I called him liar because of the "gorgeous"part

-No, seriously tho, you're gorgeous. -he winked at me

I was now blushing harder than ever. Great, please notice my sarcasm. We got in the pool, we were there for like hour and a half, playing with each other, laughing...being happy. I really love so much how we spend a lot of time together. But now it was time for him to answer my question.
