I looked one more time at myself in the mirror. I double checked more than five times to see that everything was in the right place. I had to look perfect for tonight...for Ross. "(Y/n)? You're ready? Ross just arrived here, he's waiting for you in the living room." Rydel said entering my room "I..I am, I'm just a little nervous." I said "Oh, dear, why?" She asked me. "I want everything to be perfect tonight, what if he doesn't like my dress? What if he doesn't like the way I look? Or...What IF HE BREAKS UP WITH ME!?" I almost yelled, I tried not to. Oh, my God, I'm just so nervous "(Y/n), how can you think that? Come on, sweetie. You're just nervous, Ross would never break up with you. I know how you feel, though." She said "Really?" I asked looking at her, I was looking down before "Yeah." She said "How was your prom night? With who did you go with?" I asked "Oh, you know...you know him..." She said "Um..Ellington?" I asked, she nodded "Oh, my God! Rydel! How come we never talked about this!?" I asked her not believing ourselves, she laughed "I have no idea, hey, enough questions, now..go downstairs, Lynch is waiting for you." She winked at me and pushed me to the door. I gave her a last nervous look and next thing I knew, it was that I was walking downstairs, got to the living room and saw Ross turned around looking at some pictures of me with my parents that were at a table near the chimney. "I'm ready." I said. Ross turned around smiling but suddenly...I saw how his jaw literally dropped to the floor. He was wearing this fancy black tuxedo (imagine like the one from Last Dances and Last Chances👌) "Uh.. Ross? Are you alright?" I asked confused. He just stood there in the same position. 'Til like few seconds later he got close to me, he grabbed me by the waist, pulled me close to him and said "I'm okay. It's just that I sometimes can't believe you're my girlfriend. You're beautiful..." He looked at my eyes and then down at my lips. I smiled "Believe it, then." I said and then I kissed him. We gave each other one of those kisses when you just want to be in that same position for the rest of your life with the one you love so much. The one you love with all your heart and soul.
