In Love With My Best Friend

Chapter 30

"I always knew someday you would fall in love with her and honestly you both would look so cute together as a couple." My mom said "Thanks, Mom." I said giving each other a hug and she said, "Now, go talk to her." I nodded and then I put my shoes on and then left.
I got to (Y/n)'s front door from her house but I wasn't sure if to knock...Hmm..nah. I'll just go enter her room by her window.
While I was getting to her backyard, I was thinking about what else might've happened last night. I don't know what I did, like what if she thinks I'm crazy or something? Hope not. I climbed up the tree like I always do to get to her window, I got there and then entered her room trying not to make any sound. Then I closed the window. I realized (Y/n) wasn't there. She's not in bed, where would she be? I started walking around her room, looking at her band/artists posters she likes. I saw in her little night table that she had two pictures of us in the same frame. I sat on her bed and took the picture frame on my hands. It was me and her when we were little kids and then teenagers. The one from we where little, we were holding hands and were smiling. Aww, my God, she looks so cute! The next one when we are now teens, it's like a prom pose picture, I'm hugging her from behind. Us smiling and we were at a park and there were swings and everything that could be in a park in the background. This picture was taken two years ago. I remember the day this picture was taken...
*Flashback*

We were walking in the grass talking about anything and laughing. "(Y/n), I really want you to know that you mean a lot to me, you're my best friend." I said getting in front of her "You mean a lot to me too. I'm so thankful for having you in my life." She said with that beautiful smile "(Y/n)...promise me that we'll always be there for each other, that nothing will break us apart. That we'll always be together." I said. "I promise" she said "Now...you, promise me that we'll be best friends forever." She added "I promise..." I said. Then she was going to take another step towards me, I think to hug me but she accidentally tripped and it made her fall over me. I fell in the grass with her over me. We laughed and then looked at each other's eyes. Our lips were getting closer but...nothing happened thanks to a little girl who came up to us and asked us "Are you guys dating?" She asked and we said "No." at the same time "Then why are you over him?" She asked. (Y/n) was smiling and blushing said, "Uh, haha I tripped." She immediately moved from me to get up and I did too. "Hey, do you mind taking a picture of us?" (Y/n) asked her "Of course not." She answered smiling and then (Y/n) gave her camera to the little girl and that's where we posed for the picture.
*End with the flashback*

That promise I made about us being best friends forever.....I was willing to break that promise. Meaning I want her to be more than that.
Suddenly I saw that the door from her bathroom opened, and saw her getting out of there...with only a white bathroom towel covering her whole body...dang it I forgot she had a bathroom in her room. I looked at her, she looked at me "Ross!!! What in the world are you doing here?!?" She almost yelled. I didn't say or did anything. I was just staring at her....damn, she's beautiful. "Ross, please get out, I have to put some clothes on!" She said. I stood up and I was getting close and looking at her. She was looking at me like if something was wrong with me. When I got close to her I kissed her passionately. I put my hand in her right cheek and my other hand on her hip to pull her closer to me. She kissed me back. I just..couldn't help it. I needed to kiss her..I needed her kisses real bad.
Then out of nowhere I felt how she pushed me away from her and then she slapped me. "How dare you, Ross!? Please get out, we'll talk about this later. I need to get dressed!" I didn't say anything. I got to her window, gave her one last look and then left.
