As soon as I pulled away from Liam's chest, I heard gunshots. I looked at the front and I noticed a faint light in the far.

"Is that a car?" Everyone looked closely.

"Shit. Amm..."

"That can't be them." My phone started to ring. I picked it up and noticed an unknown number. I looked at Liam who nodded; I answered the call and put it on speaker.

"Miss Rossi," I notice the voice immediately. "How are you so clever?" I stay silent. I couldn't say anything. Questions began to form in my head.

How the hell did Vlad get in this?

My stomach was flipping upside down. I felt numb, angry, sad and every other bad emotion there was. My breaths got deeper and Liam noticed it. He placed a kiss on my cheek.

"What do you want?" Vlad chuckled.

"I want for you to marry my son."

"You really think that we'd give her away this easily, Vlad?" Liam said.

"No. I'd be dumb to think that. I'll get rid of you." Liam rolled his eyes.

"Yeah, can't wait." Vlad let out a laugh.

"You see, Martinelli, I knew you'd run to these cars. Both of them have bombs," my heart sank to my stomach.

Both? They... they... no... fuck no... this is not happening.

"The first car already blew up." Marco stopped the car. All of us sat there in shock. "I just have your car left."

"No, you didn't. They're alive."

"No, princess-"

"Don't you dare call me that!" I yelled to the phone and received silence from the other end.

"I doubt Elijah will like your attitude." Liam laughed.

"You men are pathetic. Seriously."

"You'll be dead for fucking her, Martinelli. Stooping this low? Come on."

"You're dead the minute I find you." A laugh escaped the other side.

"Have fun escaping, dipshits." The call ended before tears began to fall. He pulled me to his chest and held me tight.

"My best friends. My two sisters. My two brothers. They're dead."

"No, they're not," Lorenzo said confidently.

"Don't you dare try to add hope into this," I scoffed at him.

"I'm not speculating. Either they somehow escaped the car and ran off or someone took their trackers. Even though, if they did blow up, they would've melted. So I'm going to go with number one." I looked up and turned to his computer. Liam's hands rested on my hips, I could tell he was tired. All of this bullshit was slowly killing all of us.
