Chapter-15 The storm

"Naina," The voice reverberated across the room.

"Sunaina," Naina raised her eyebrow while staring at the unexpected entry

"Naina, if you don't mind can you help me out,"

"What help Sunaina,"

"Actually, Can you accompany me to the library,"

"Okay but why,"

"Actually, umm..."

"What happened Sunaina, Anything serious,"

At library,

The librarian was lashing out at the students who were standing with their heads down.

"How dare you all do this, This is library god damn it!"

"Excuse me, mam," Naina walked in with Sunaina.

"Are you the prefect of the class,"

Naina nodded.

"I need you to note down all these names and accompany us to the principal office right now," The lady wearing spectacles with thick rims shouted loud making everyone flinch.

"What happened mam," Naina asked gathering courage.

"Ask your classmates," The librarian shot back with fury in her eyes, "Ask him in particular," The librarian pointed out at Rihaan.

What is Rihaan even doing here?

"But mam, Rihaan is not a student of my class, he belongs to a different section,"

"Yes mam, so does other guys in front of you, except the two at corner none belong to our section," Sunaina voiced out.

"I hope that the student who got injured belong to your class," The librarian said in an icy cold voice.

Injured! Who?

"Does Sameer Maheswari belong to your class?"  The Librarian asked Naina while answering the suspicion in her mind.

Sameer!! He got hurt!!

Naina felt a pang in her heart.

"Yes mam," Sunaina said as her voice quivered.

The librarian averted her piercing gaze towards the group of lads. 

"I hope you lads aren't disciplined by parents and the school," She sighed in frustration.

The gang was busy chit-chatting after Swati's khidkitod narration. It was then Rithi came rushing inside the classroom.

"Where is Naina," She asked while panting.

"Naina went with Sunaina to the library, Why are you asking," Preeti replied.

"Thanks," Rithi greeted as she walked out without bothering to answer Preeti.

"Did Naina become a star all of sudden?" Kamya wondered as she looked at others, "Everyone asks for her, first it was Sunaina and now it is Rithi, next who might..."

Munna rushed in through one of the side doors that was almost next to Preeti.

"Kamya, do you know the whereabouts of Naina?"He asked overlooking Preeti.

"Arrey, how many are searching her," Grace gasped, "Naina is at the library, just now Rithi asked and she might have fetched her by now,"

"Oh," Munna turned to leave when Grace interfered.

"Why is everyone searching her, at first Sunaina, next Rithi and now it's you," Grace sighed.

"She is the prefect, right? Hence she must sign in the form in the nursing room, that's why we are searching for her," Munna replied.
