Jungwon already moved on from Heeseung and started focusing on his studies again. He became close with Jay again and went back to their usual closeness. Their bond with each other became strong as they make each other happy. At least that's what they know, they are happy with each other.
After being hurt, Jungwon can finally say that he's finally ready to open his heart again for someone who deserves him and someone who will love him unconditionally—and that is Jay.
The younger have fallen for Jay already even before Heeseung came. It's just that he was confused with Jay's actions and was scared of the threats of Arin. However, this time, he's sure of his feelings and all he care for right now is Jay.
Jay's POV
AAAAAAAAA! Today is the day! I will finally confess to Jungwon. I don't know if this is the right timing but today's also my birthday. If I get his approval then it is a happy birthday for me then.
I prepared a simple setup for my Wonnie and I hope he likes this. After our class and tutoring session, I asked Sunghoon to ask help from his boyfriend Sunoo to keep Jungwon busy as Jake and I prepare for the dinner setup at their house. Yes, Sunghoon and Sunoo became boyfriends and I don't know when it happened.
Their house is cute despite being far from our mansion. This tree of theirs will be perfect for our dinner later. I also asked permission from his mom so everything's clear.
As soon as we finished decorating the backyard, I called Sunghoon to let Jungwon go home. I'm extremely nervous right now. What if I get rejected?
As I stare at the setup, all I could say is I'm proud of Jake. He's good at decorating for real. As much as I wanted to help, I am not good at it. I bought these decor anyway.
"Perfect." I whispered.
"All you need now is his answer, bro." Jake told me.
"Yeah. Kinda nervous, man." I replied and shook both of my hands to ease my nervousness.
"Don't be. Hbd bro." Jake calmed me down.
We heard the door open which means Jungwon got home. We listened to his conversation with his mom inside.
"Fix yourself, Jungwon-ah!" His mom told him. His mother is really supportive and I feel like he wants me for her son. I am really that handsome, huh?
"Why? I'll prepare for sleep after dinner, Mom." Junwon replied to his mom. This kid really likes disobeying, good thing he's cute so I'll give him a pass.
"No, you fix yourself and get dressed then you'll have dinner. Okay?" His mom said again.
"Where's our dinner by the way? You did not cook anything yet." I heard Jungwon's answer to his mom. Why is he like this? I'm getting seriously nervous for so long I need to pee.
Moments later, I heard the door open. This is it. This is the moment I've been waiting for. "Jay, you have to calm down." I told myself.
Jake is standing beside the door to greet Jungwon first. He's our servant for tonight.
