(Pale City - Camp Lookout, Your POV)

'God has let me live another day, and I'm about to make it everybody's problem.' I chuckled before I yawned and stretched out my limbs.

I rubbed my eyes to clear my vision, wait. Something's off.

I rubbed my eyes a bit more to make sure I knew what I was seeing, something was definitely off. My power fist tore through reality and appeared on my hand.

"Either your a child who came across my camp and possibly thought it was abandoned, or your some kind of creature." I cracked my neck and readied up to punch something, no surprises.

I stepped forward cockily, challenging whoever or whatever had entered my camp. They would hear my footsteps, I wanted them to. An intimidation technique I learned, the closer I got to whatever was near me, the more likely they'd be forced to reveal themself or jump out and attack me.

Then if it was the latter, take its head off with a single punch. Straight to the point.

"Show yourself. I'm armed." Bad time for a pun, I know.

No response but a sound, a small shifting of fabric, it sounds rainproof.

"I know you're there. Either your gonna show yourself or I'm gonna start assuming your hostile." Another shift, before a hand appeared from behind the beanbag. Thin, dirty and pale. Possibly female.

I didn't let my guard down, it happened once and now, never again.

The figure showed themself at last. Dawning a yellow raincoat with their hair covering their eyes, slightly shorter than me and a weird dark aura around them.

'Their aura, it's so strange. Like the adults but so much worse. I'll keep my distance for now.' I remained still but guarded.

"A much better start, now can I help you? Or did you think there wouldn't be anyone here?" I asked, slightly relieved to see nothing dangerous on them, then again, I feel like they wouldn't need anything to kill something.

They swept one of their hands through their hair, revealing a single eye. Red pupil.

I paused for a second, 'Red pupils?' Diavolo! Actually, wait a minute. I think I remember this uhhh. I rubbed my temple for a moment, girl! It's a girl!

'She was with, what was him name again? Monkey? Monday? Mono? It was Mono! the kid with the bag on his head. Where is he?'

...oh. Now that I think about it, nothing lasts forever in the Pale City. But I don't believe he's dead, not with how smart and competent he was.

"It's, you." She spoke, her voice low and sounding parched. Funny how we're stuck in constant rain but barely get by in hydration.

"I remember you, Six right?" I asked, she nodded in response. "Strange that we crossed paths again, or more or less you happened to find me of all people."

She tilted her head at me, did that offend her in some way? "Not that that's a bad thing though, I prefer people I'm at least somewhat familiar with rather than complete strangers so this'll be fine." I said an attempt to make myself more clear.

She cleared her throat and took a step closer to me. "How did you get that hoodie? The last time Mono and I met you, you didn't have it." She questioned.

"I luckily found this while going through the school, unfortunately part of its sleeve is ripped with what looks like an animal bite mark. I managed to wash out all of the blood though, not sure who was unlucky enough to have a run in with something that killed them but there's nothing I can do about it now." I frowned, my power fist disappearing into nothingness as my nerves calmed.
