Out of breath, Beomgyu ran his last few step into the school building. "I'm so sorry I'm late!" He yelled down the hall but by the time he had arrived, first period was over as all the kids were flooding out of the class room. Since he wasn't good at paying attention, he ended up ramming right into someone.
He yelped and gasped as he fell back, hitting the floor and holding his nose that he bumped. "Ow.." He sat there for a moment on the ground to process what was happing. "Oh~ I'm sorry!" He then immediately stated once his thoughts were gathered. Now, looking his gaze upwards, of course who he saw was no other than the pretty boy Choi Yeonjun standing there with his hand out. "I'm sorry too, I didn't see you there. Are you okay Beomgyu?"Beomgyu just sat there in disbelief. He stare dumbfounded. He just spoke... and he knows his name!!? His heart and mind was going so fast. Right when he gave up hope on this boy they have such an intense interaction. His voice was so soft, it sounded as sweet as sugar.
Yeonjun just pushed his hand further out for Beomgyu to reach. Oh right hurry up, you're taking to long! He yelled at himself in his head for making it all awkward. He swiftly grabbed his hand, gripping it tight so Yeonjun could help him up. As he did get pulled to his feet their eyes were dead locked together. Both of their breaths slowed down and they both silently swore to stay there forever if the bell didn't ring them to class.
Beomgyu jumped and the hairs on his skin stood up from the pricing noise that brought him back into this reality. "I'm really sorry again" He bowed then scooped up his papers and books now just running off with the mess in his hand.
He got to his next class and slammed the books down on his desk. He let out a deep breath he didn't know he had been holding and his cheeks were a bright stained red.

At lunch he was lost, he couldn't stop thinking about the others eyes. They were entrancing and held so many emotions behind them. He sighed with his chin in his hand not even touching his mush of school food. Soobin noticed this obvious behavior shift in his buddy but didn't really know how to bring it up. He just sat there next to him wondering what was going on in his head.

Skip to the end of the school day as the rest of his time there was boring and useless information that went in one ear and out the other. He had to hurry and head home as he was starting to feel sick to his stomach. Why the hell did he come to school today? He embarrassed himself so bad.
"Beomgyu! Hey Beomgyu!" He then heard his name being called from a distance. He looked up and around till he spotted Yeonjun waving his arm running up to him. "Eek!" He streaked and then covered his mouth with his hand. God he hopped he didn't hear that.
Yeonjun caught up with him and threw his hoodie off his head. He had such a welcoming smile. "You take the bus home don't you?" He asked and this boy was in such disbelief. He just had two interactions with him now. "Uh..yeah why?" He stuttered out keeping cool on the outside. Well to the best of his abilities. Inside his mind was going crazy as he was internally panicking.
"I was just wondering." Yeonjun said followed by silence. Beomgyu darted his eyes back and forth not really knowing where to put his focus. He was trying his best to hide the fact he was attracted to the one standing in front of him. After all he didn't know what Yeonjun would even think about the fact that he liked guys. "Well actually, I was hopping I could ride next to you, my ride isn't getting me today." Yeonjun admitted. "Oh yeah of courses, you don't have to ask to ride the bus." Yeonjun let out a giggle to his response and they started walking together. "Well to be honest I'm kind nervous riding them alone." Beomgyu let a smile aper on his own face. Yeonjun telling him something he was 'scared' of actually brought comfort to him. It made him realize he's just as human too, he was probably as nervous as Beomgyu was when it comes to talking to new people. No wonder he was so quiet all the time.
The two walked in and took a seat in the back. "Do you live around here?" Beomgyu asked. Yeonjun smiled and nodded looking out the window. They sat in the back at Beomgyus spot. "Yeah not too far." There was more silence followed behind them until Yeonjun pulled his phone and headphones out passing one to Beomgyu. "Here." He just stated and so Beomgyu took it, placing it in his ear. The music was very soft and light, it was honestly relaxing compared to what he usually listens too which contest of hard rock and death metal.
The ride was filled with a peaceful melody of the music, and Beomgyus fast racing heart that beat heavily in his chest. He swore any moment it would give out from the burning it caused. Yet at the same time it was nice, the world around him felt fake. Mainly due to the fact Yeonjun really was next to him the whole ride.
"This is my stop." Beomgyu said getting out of the bus. But to his surprise Yeonjun had followed him. "Hey Gyu, do you want to hang out sometime? I know it's kinda random but I feel bad for running into you. Actually, I've been wanting to talking to you to for awhile now, But I just didn't really know how. So I'm actually glad we bummed into each other you know? I think we could have a great connection."
Beomgyu smiled with his hands in his hoodie pockets. He totally was taken back to hear such phrase leave the others lips. They could have a great connection? Yeonjun really thought that? They haven't even spoken until today and even then it was faint. None the less he loved to hear it so he agreed. "Funny you say that, cuz I was thinking the same thing." He gave a cheesy wink which was received with a smile. "Great, do you have any socials?" Yeonjun held up his phone. Beomgyu gladly took it and put in his snap and number. "Okay I'll text you tonight." Yeonjun said. Beomgyu nodded but then frowned and pointed to the bus that has left Yeonjun behind at his door step. "Oh...um it's no biggie I know how to get home from here." "Are you sure?" Beomgyu asked with concerns. "Yeah don't worry I got it..Mmh, bye!" He waved and started running off with out a second thought . "Okay, get home safe!" Beomgyu hollered to the one who ran ahead before he himself went inside.
In the end, he had no idea Yeonjun lied about needing a ride home. The whole truth was Yeonjun rode his bike everyday and just wanted an excuse to talk to Beomgyu longer. And so now Yeonjun walked all the way back up to the school to grab his bike. He then had to trail home in the heavy snow. However he didn't mind, it was so worth it. Now, he placed his head phones back in, listening to the soft music the whole ride. A big smile plastered across his rosie cheeks.
Beomgyu smiled as he threw his weight down on his bed. He guessed it was good he went to school after all.
