Beomgyu slowly started to come too. When his eyes flickered open he was confused by his surroundings. He looked around the room by only moving his eyes. It was dark and took awhile for them to adjust but he recognized the electric guitar sitting off to the side, and the polaroid pictures hanging on the wall. He slowly sat up and made eye contact with Yeonjun. "Ow." He groaned from the pain in his head.
He placed his hand where it hurt and felt it was wet and cold. "Hey lay back down." He heard Yeonjun speak with the softest voice. He looked over and saw a bucket of water and a washcloth that Yeonjun was dipping in indicating that he was placing the rag on his head which explained why it was wet.

"What happened?" Beomgyu questioned. Yeonjun stopped what he was doing and turned back to face him. "You don't remember?" Beomgyu with innocent eyes and lips slightly parted shook his head no. Yeonjun looked at him with sympathy and laid him back down placing the wet cold rag on top of his head in order to ease the pain.

"We we're all hanging out at the skate park, then Soobin showed up and started picking a fight with you. He kept trying to get you to leave with him but you very clearly wanted too stay with me. That guy basically threw a big tantrum and so I was trying to get him off of you but he ended up swinging and hitting you. You fell back and hit your head pretty hard so I took you to my place so I could take care of
You." Yeonjun flat out lied, flipping the story completely. Yes he was worried at the fact that Beomgyu couldn't remember, but he was also relieved that he wouldn't be mad at him.

Beomgyu frowned and placed his hand on Yeonjuns, that didn't sound like Soobin but he had no other choice then to believe him. He promised to trust him more. "You're nose has dry blood." The boy pointed out also speaking soft and shaky. He was now the one showing sympathy with his tone.

Yeonjun covered him up and pushed his hair back a couple of times. "Don't worry about it, you just get some rest." Beomgyu listened, snuggling up under the blankets. "Your parents won't be mad I'm here?" He asked but the other shook his head no. "My parents are the least of my concerns right now." He then stood up with the bowel of old water. "I'm going to change this out."

Yeonjun then left and Beomgyu sighed looking all around the room that brought back many painful memories. He still had no choice but to trust that Yeonjun really threw his drugs out, if he caught him snooping again all hell would break lose and he mentally couldn't handle that. He decided it was best to shut his eyes and try to rest.

The next day Beomgyu who still had a headache, woke up to see a sleeping Yeonjun cuddled beside him. He had deep purple circles under his eyes from a restless night and his lips were cut and busted. It must hurt. Beomgyu with a pout lightly laid his head on his chest. He hopped he was okay, he still couldn't process Soobin of all people acting up in such a way.

Yeonjun felt the pressure of the other and he also slowly blinked his eyes open. "Good morning cutie." Beomgyu giggled seeing how precious he looked when he first woke. Yeonjun smiled and stretched before very gently cuffing Beomgyus cheeks and landing him a soft kiss. "Good morning my love." He said back and the two of them spent a short moment just gazing at each other with loving eyes.

"How are you feeling today?" Yeonjun asked while very slowly running two of his fingers over Beomgyus bruised eye. Beomgyu pulled back in pain, it was to tender to be touched. Yeonjun too felt pain on his nose, he would honestly be surprised if it wasn't broken. However for now he decided to try his best and ignore his own pain as he knew he had to man up and protect Beomgyu.

Beomgyus heart was heavy as he laid in Yeonjuns arms. He didn't want to have to face anyone and explain how he got that black eye. He didn't have a story made up for it yet.
