FINALLY! One of my favorite times of the year had come back around, HALLOWEEN! I was super stoked because I had been doing press runs and performances for the past month and I had a couple of days to just have some downtime. I decided about two days ago to throw a Halloween party at my place because why the hell not?!
I was in my closet looking into my full-length body mirror putting some last-minute touch-ups on my look. I decided to be a sexy yet elegant fairy.
Tyler: Babe? You in here?
Akeylah (yells) Closet!
I turned my head as he walked and I immediately burst out laughing when I saw him.
Akeylah: Thurnis Haley!?
Tyler: (shrugs) Only excuse I could use to wear my regular clothes.
Akeylah: I know this isn't your thing but can you have a little bit of fun for me? I'm not asking for a whole lot. Just a drop.
He sighed then grinned in my direction
Tyler: Aight I'll try for you.
Akeylah: Yay!
Tyler: (speaks in his Thurnis voice) You looking for a golfing sugar daddy by chance?
Akeylah: (smirks) Depends. Can I sprinkle you with my pixie dust? (blows gold glitter at him)
Tyler: (steps back laughing) Nigga... You actually have glitter on you??
Akeylah: Well of course! Every pixie needs pixie dust!
He walked out of the closet as I laughed and followed him downstairs where the others were. No one else had shown up yet so it was just the normal crew.
Akeylah: (laughs) No way! Y'all really dressed as y'all Loiter Squad characters?
Jasper was dressed as Barfield, and Travis dressed as Dick Drizzle. They even brought Lionel and Earl with them. Lionel was dressed as Catchphrase Jones, and Earl somehow as Joe Budden. I almost wanted to ask how he tucked his locs under the bald cap but I left it alone.
Travis: (shrugs) It's Halloween so why not for the one time?
Earl: Right because we're NEVER gonna do this again.
Right after that, Lionel said something confusing as hell and I just walked away assuming he was in character as the guys laughed. I walked to the kitchen and began to start making the magic potion drinks before Carter walked in dressed as a sexy policewoman with Christina behind her as a sexy prisoner.
Akeylah: (stops mixing the concoction in the bowl and whines) You bitches! How come I didn't get the memo about the costume theme? I could've been a sexy lawyer or a judge. Hell! I could've been a prisoner!
Carter: I tried to tell you bitch! You were so set on being a sexy pixie! (slaps Key's ass)
Christina: You look so much hotter in this costume anyways.
Akeylah: (twirls) I know right! I mean...the girls are sitting up HELLA right in this! (bounces her boobs with her hands)
Christina giggled and playfully slapped my hands away from my chest, making sure my boobs didn't pop out of the costume.
Carter: (laughs) You're gonna have to watch it tonight. Don't go flashing everyone like that.
Akeylah: Oh, come on! It's Halloween! Besides, I wore my pasties so it won't be a problem.
