The Gifted

New kid New school New life

After we arrived Arthur gave us a tour of the place, it was a nice place but it lacked of color if you ask me
"This island is only for Protectors" he says "and that island is only for Gifted" he said pointing at an island on the other side of the ocean, the other island looked like a flatish pancake from distance
"So wait" Henry says "there's and island for Protectors and another separated island for Gifted?" He asked
Arthur nodded
"So you're planning on separating me from my sister??" He asked "that ain't happening" he said angrily
"Henry" Arthur said calmly "you'll get to see each other with frequency, the only time you'll be apart is when you're learning" he smiled "ya see, Protectors and Gifted are different: Protectors need to learn how to fight, how to defend others, how to protect. While the Gifted need to learn how to control their gifts ,to know what are their gifts." He smiled
Henry lookers at me concerned
"I'll be fine" I say and smile at him "you go kick some ass there" I say, he laughs
"You learn how to giftinate" he says and I laugh
"Giftinate?" I ask "seriously?" I laugh
He hugs me
"Here" he says giving me the necklace I once had in my neck "when we were saying goodbye to mom you dropped it"
"Let me see that" Mr. Gordon says trying to take the necklace out of Henry's hand but Henry was faster and moved his hand. Then he put the necklace on my neck
"Ouch" I said touching where the jewel was
"What?" Henry asked
"The jewel burned" I say
Mr. Gordon and Arthur looked at each other
"We should take you to the gifted island" Arthur said giving me a fake smile

When we arrived to the other island I noticed a lot of boys and girls
"These are all Gifted?" I ask
"From all around the world" Arthur said
"There so-"
"Many?" Arthur said guessing and interrupting me "yeah we get that a lot"
"I was gonna say there so little Gifted around the world" I say "I'm actually surprised that there so little Gifted in the world"
"Oh" Arthur said confused "you're the first one to say that"
"Hey Arthur" someone yells behind us "who's that?" The girl asked pointing at me
She was a blonde girl, I calculate 18 years old, with blue eyes, a pink miniskirt and a white tank top that showed everything, and I mean EVERYTHING
"The new girl" he says as he walks toward her, I follow "her name is Roxanne"
"Hey" I say, she gives me a fake smile
"What's your Gift?" She asks
"Um.....I really don't know" I say shyly
"We were just heading to see Doctor Jasper" Arthur says "see ya around" he says and walks away, when I say goodbye the blonde girl gives me another fake smile
"See ya later new kid" she laughs
'What a fake girl' I think
