A smile never left Spencer's face the whole drive home. Nothing felt better than getting the all-clear from his doctor and getting discharged from the hospital. With no sign of a concussion, his doctor didn't feel the need for Spencer to stay another night. The best news he could've asked for was being able to leave and knowing that he would make a full recovery in just short of a few weeks. Of course, his doctor told him to take it easy, and with Olivia now being in charge, he knew she was already taking it seriously. Making an itinerary of things they would do while he would be recovering.

Although Spencer explained to Olivia he was fine, and he'd be back to normal in two weeks, she didn't listen to him. Nor did Spencer mind, knowing he would be able to spend the time with Olivia. He just smiled and agreed to her movie, spa, and game nights. His eyes lingered on her profile admiring everything about her. She hadn't noticed his lingering eyes, since she'd been too preoccupied on the road, and rambling about all the movies she'd been wanting to see but didn't have the time to do so. But now that the both of them were going to be taking it easy for the next couple of weeks, she couldn't wait.

Spencer softly laughed taking his hand in hers, automatically pausing their conversation. Her mouth parted while her heart raced. It felt effortless the way he'd just slipped his hand in hers, catching her off guard. A slow smile spread across her lips, while her heart fluttered uncontrollably just by the touch of him. Spencer squeezed her hand, soothing her with every stroke his thumb would make. Gently caressing her hand, he turned towards Olivia, who tried to solely focus on the road.

"Liv, you planning like we gotta do all these things in the next few weeks. We got time, believe me, I ain't going anywhere,". His lingering gaze stayed on hers, while Olivia just smiled at his words. Wanting nothing more than to gaze into those chestnut eyes of his, she fought the urge knowing it was best to keep her eyes on the road. "You're making it really hard to focus on the road, if your mom wasn't expecting you to be home in a few minutes, I'd pull this car over,". Spencer smiled turning his attention towards the passenger window.

"There's nothing I would want more than for you to pull this car over. If you'd ask me, we do need a do-over from the last time I asked you to,". Olivia couldn't hide the smile beaming from her face when she let out a long sigh. "I really wish we had time, but like you said what's the rush? Doesn't mean we can't have a do-over next time?". Spencer raised his eyebrows turning back towards Olivia whose cheeks were blushing. "Now I wouldn't mind if we could add that to the list of activities we could do while I'm recovering,". Olivia laughed shaking her head. "See I would say yes but your doctors' orders would advise me otherwise,". Spencer sighed.

"You know I was really quick to forgive Asher for breaking my rib. Now I'm slowly starting to regret that decision,". Olivia smiled. "It's just a few weeks, Spence. Before you know it you'll be healed and we'll be on our way to our weekend getaway. We need to start planning if we want to head up to the mountains or to the beach. What are you thinking?". Spencer matched Olivia's smile grinning like a schoolboy crushing on a girl he liked. He thought of both options while his heart raced at the thought of Olivia in any scenario. Clearing his throat he shrugged.

"Both are very valid options. We could look at which one we like best, then we could go from there. Maybe they got some activities we could do,". Olivia softly laughed shaking her head. Catching his gaze, she pulled her bottom lip in between her teeth thinking the total opposite. She rocked her head from side to side half agreeing. "Yeah...I mean I guess we could do that. But I thought it would be more of a staying in kind of a weekend,". Spencer widened his eyes, knowing exactly where her mind was headed. Shaking his head, he smiled, looking out of the passenger window just as they passed the sign welcoming them to Crenshaw.

"Right...like ordering in, and watching movies in bed kind of weekend,". Spencer grinned turning back towards Olivia who caught his gaze. Lifting her shoulders to her ears, she couldn't stop the grin from forming, or her cheeks from blushing. "Something like that," Olivia softly replied.
