"You're getting married?!" Olivia asked in shock. Laura smiled wiping a tear from her eye. "We are," Billy interlaced his hand in Laura's grinning from ear to ear. Olivia turned to Spencer when he looked just as surprised as she did. Not knowing the correct words to comfort Olivia, Spencer kept his hand in hers. Olivia stuttered her words confused as to what was happening.

"B-but didn't you guys just get back together? Are you sure about this?". Laura smiled warmly at her daughter. "We...did a couple of weeks ago. We didn't want to tell you until we were sure just in case it didn't work out. But...one week turned into two, and well, the rest is history. To answer your second question we are very sure Olivia. Your father and I needed some time apart to learn to love each other again. We took the space we needed but ultimately decided that we couldn't see a life without the other in it. So your father proposed the night of the gala,".

"And what did you say?" Jordan asked when everyone turned to him while Simone smacked his arm half annoyed. "Ow, what was that for?". Simone rolled her eyes shaking her head. "Jordan your mom just told you she's getting married,". Jordan rubbed his arm turning back to his mother who wiggled her ring finger. "I said yes Jordan,". His mother laughed under her breath at how absent-minded her son can sometimes be.

Everyone had gotten up to congratulate the newly engaged couple. Giving them a hug, Olivia pulled back as her head flooded with questions. "So when were you going to tell us that you and dad got back together?". Laura guiltily smiled when she turned to Billy who stayed quiet. "You knew?". Olivia nodded. "It's not that hard mom. Besides you're not that great at sneaking dad in and out of the house. The walls aren't soundproof you know?". Laura widened her eyes in embarrassment leaving everyone to share a laugh. Laura shrugged.

"Like mother like..." Laura fell to silence. The whole group turned to her just as Olivia scrunched her face having a feeling of what her mother was going to say next. Her face reddened at the thought of her mother knowing about Spencer and her. Laura cleared her throat cutting the silence, she smiled rubbing her daughters back, changing the conversation. "Anyway. I guess we are not good at sneaking around then,". Olivia asked her question's again. "Where? When?". Laura wiped the tears from her eyes hugging Olivia. A lump caught in her throat unable to talk when Billy gently rubbed her back taking over.

Billy softly laughed hearing the eagerness in his daughter's voice as she looked at the both of them awaiting their answer. "Well...that's a big reason we wanted to gather you all here with us today to tell you together. What better way to tell you, than tonight since...you are all invited to our wedding in Hawaii!". Everyone's mouth dropped again as the whole table erupted in excitement. "Hawaii?!? I've always wanted to swim with dolphins!" Dillon jumped thrilled by the news. Billy and Laura laughed while they saw the joy in everyone's eyes knowing they were all soon going to Hawaii.

"When?" was the next question that followed when Laura turned to Billy who'd already been grinning from ear to ear. "Well...we thought why prolong the wedding any longer than we should. We both didn't want to wait till next year to get married. We always wanted a destination wedding but never had the funds to do so back in the day. But now that we are getting a second chance at this, we kind of want to do it right this time..." Billy trailed when Laura couldn't contain her excitement as she blurted out the answer.

"We are getting married in Hawaii this Christmas!" Laura screamed as everyone's jaw dropped once again. "I know, I know it's sudden and you may all have plans but we couldn't wait any longer and wanted it to be soon, so why not on Christmas? Kind of worked out, and fell into place. I just hope you all can join us,".

Spencer and Olivia turned towards each other when they were still processing her parents being engaged, and now getting married. They still haven't even told their news which was now in the back of both of their minds as they thought about their weekend getaway, the same weekend her parents were getting married. Out of all the weekends to choose from her parents decided the one weekend she planned with Spencer. On Christmas day. The same day she planned to be rolling under the sheets bare with Spencer, as they made love to each other the rest of the day. Was now nothing more than a dream as her reality sank in.
