The smell of caramel filled the air making Spencer stir in his sleep. Pulling the covers closer to him a slow smile spread on his lips smelling the fresh roast coffee that infatuated his senses. Scrunching his nose a satisfied moan escaped him. Just as the mesmerizing aroma woke him up causing him to slowly open his eyes to see a familiar pair of beautiful browns staring back at him. Blinking twice her magnetic heavenly smile lit up the room they'd been in.

"Good morning sleepy head. Merry Christmas Eve," Olivia spoke leaning in to place a kiss on his lips. Spencer moaned wrapping his arms around her waist pulling her closer towards him, leaving no space in between them as her chest was against his. Drawing circles on her hips, Spencer smiled inching his way closer to her. "Good morning beautiful and Merry Christmas Eve to you too,".

Spencer spoke as his morning voice rumbled in between them. Placing a soft kiss on her lips, Olivia moaned at the sound of his voice. Her body tingled, melting of how deep and husky it had been. "Please keep talking. Gosh your morning voice is so sexy. I may need it as my ringtone,". Olivia begged closing her eyes to snuggle against the pillow next to him.

Spencer hummed against her lips kissing her in between their magnetic smiles. Guiding his hand from her hip, he made his way up her arm, settling on her cheek. Softly stroking his thumb against her cheek, the both of them enjoyed the early morning bliss and utter silence in between their small conversations.

"Can I be woken up like this every morning?" he asked breaking the silence. The question caused Olivia's smile to only grow bigger. Following his movements, she guided her hand from his chest to his cheek. Intertwining her legs in between his, she rubbed her foot up and down his calf. Olivia hummed against his lips. "I wouldn't mind that one bit,". Pausing for a second before continuing, Olivia lowered her hand and eyes to the strings of his sweater twirling them in her hand before meeting his eyes. "Speaking of being woken up, did you forget something that you were supposed to do today?".

Olivia could see the wheels in his mind turning as he searched her eyes wondering what she had been hinting at. She forced out a cough clearing her throat as she removed the blanket from her body to reveal what she had been wearing. Spencer's mouth parted seeing that Olivia had been dressed in a sports bra, leggings, and her hair in French braids. "Aw shit, I'm sorry Liv I must've slept through my alarm,".

Spencer groaned knowing he made a promise to wake up earlier in the morning to go for a run with Olivia. Something she'd recently picked back up since Nurse Joy encouraged her to do so. It was a way to keep her mind busy and not focus on the stress or pressure she'd felt to not encourage a relapse. Spencer would join her when he could or when he was in Beverly, but he promised that he'd be her partner and run with her during their vacation. He even set a few alarms on his phone to not oversleep. A frustrated sigh escaped him knowing he slept through every single one of them.

She shook her head as if she'd actually been disappointed. "You're lucky I dragged Simone out of bed to go with me. By the way, she told me to tell you that you owe her for that. Matter of fact you owe both of us for not coming. I instantly regretted it as she is not nice in the mornings and hates running. She complained the entire time telling me I should choose another hobby,". Olivia widened her eyes remembering back to a very cranky and grumpy Simone. Spencer's face tensed clenching his jaw feeling bad he left her hanging.
