Dear Diary,
I have made my decision. I am going to leave here once and for all. I have been talking with Amy even though her parents told us not to anymore. I was telling her what my plans were and of course it wasn’t a surprise that she agreed with me. She said that if I would let her she would want to come with me. I told her that would be perfectly fine and I would love to have company with me. She asked who was all coming and I only named two people; you and me. As she heard me say that her mouth fell open and she went pale. I thought something might be wrong but then she snapped out of it. She said that she was in shock that no one else said they wanted to come with me. I told her the whole story with Darryl and I fighting about it and how mama and daddy were acting. She went back to looking normal again. She was still surprised though about it. It wasn’t though because everyone who knew me and everyone else that was talking to Amy hasn’t been talking to any of us anymore. I might not write back for awhile because Mr. and Mrs.Amison are taking all the slaves to a slave auction. I’ve only been to 2 or 3 before but I will try to bring this diary with me. I promise I will go through anything to try and write in this whenever I can. Depending on whom I’m with.
