Tylor's next job was emptying canisters.
"Pick up the pace, College Boy. Mr. Sullivan wants these old canisters emptied by Friday. Too bad for you scream power's a thing of the past, huh? Maybe Jamie can come in here and give me a massage," Duncan said, smirking at the last part.
Tylor growled lowly at him.
"Boombox!" Duncan cheered as he played some music.
He danced a bit in his chair as Tylor continued what he was doing.
"Back on canister duty, huh? Glad I'm not you. That job's monotonous. Drive a monster crazy," Cutter said.
"I'll tell you who's crazy. Duncan. Crazy with temporary supervisor power," Tylor remarked then put more pressure on a canister.
"Hey, hey, hey, hey! Careful. You damage the valve of one of these, even ones with barely any juice, it'll knock a monster your size halfway across the room. Or if you're Duncan-size..." Cutter warned, chuckled, then finished, "...all the way across the room. Just sayin'."
Then as Duncan was listening to his music, Tylor "accidentally" let a canister go at him, making Duncan get caught in his chair.
"Oh! Whoops," Tylor chuckled, as did Cutter.
"You think that's funny, huh, Mr. Jokester?" Duncan demanded before yelping since he tripped over his chair.
"Did I do that? I guess I need better supervising," Tylor smirked.
"Oh, I'll supervise you," Duncan threatened as he grabbed a canister and started letting the scream energy out.
They tried to stop him, but next thing they knew, Duncan was blasted throughout the room, knocking over the other canisters. They went haywire as Duncan landed on the ground.
"Run, run!" Tylor shouted as he and Duncan hid behind some canisters.
"This is your fault!" Duncan blamed.
"My fault?" Tylor questioned.
Then they were blasted out of the room and knocked into the generator, cutting the power out.
This didn't go unnoticed on the Laugh Floor, where Sulley, Y/N, and Mike were.
"Whoa. What caused that?" Sulley asked.
"Yeah. That's weird," Y/N added.
"Relax, guys, relax. I'm sure it's nothing," Mike assured, some lights came on, then said, "See? Emergency power. Everything's A-okay."
"Mike, Sulley, Y/N, power's out in the entire city. M.E.R.C.'s on the phone," Celia informed.
"M.E.R.C.?" Mike asked.
"M.E.R.C.," Celia answered.
"Murray's Eye and Retina Center? Has it been six months since my last appointment?" Mike wondered.
"No. M.E.R.C.-M.E.R.C., not Murray M.E.R.C.," Celia clarified.
"Monstropolis Energy Regulatory Commission," Sulley said.
"They're sending an investigator," Celia told them.
"So, not Murray?" Mike said.
"Really, Mike?" Y/N asked.
"I'm just being clear," Mike told them.
