Chapter 80: In a Banishment Door

Tylor and Jamie headed back to Val and he got in the lift while Val and Jamie watched from below.

"We should've checked it earlier. You should listen to me," Val said.

"Okay! It's good! Get the power on. Come on, come on!" Tylor urged.

"Not until you're safely down," Jamie pointed out.

"Just turn it on. We gotta get back. Jokesters, remember? Turn it on," Tylor told them.

"Mm," Val sighed and obeyed.

"Thank you. All fixed. Bye," Tylor waved.

But then doors came his way and started ramming into him.

"Turn it off! Turn it off!" he shouted.

Then one of the holders for the door attached to Tylor's horns, sending him away.

"Tylor!" Val and Jamie yelled in a panic.

He was then led further and further into the factory, avoiding neighboring doors and other things. Then he was stopped in front of a metal door. He tried to get free, but he ended up going out the door and into freezing weather, where he passed out.

Meanwhile, Val and Jamie told Fritz what happened to Tylor.

"Slow down, slow down. What do you mean, Ty-Ty is trapped?" Fritz asked.

"He got pulled into the door track," Jamie answered while panicking.

"The door track?" Fritz repeated in worry.

"No time to explain. Gotta go, gotta go," Val said as she and Jamie got in the chairlift and they were off.

"Val! Jamie! Find our Ty-Ty!" Fritz called after them.

Once they got further away, Jamie started to freak out a little, which Val immediately took notice to.

"Hey. He's gonna be okay," Val assured.

"I hope so. I can't lose him after being separated and becoming a couple. I can't," Jamie said, a tear going down her cheek.

Val put a comforting arm around her and side-hugged her as they went deeper into the door track.
