T1 • Chapter 26: The Noesis Hacker

I followed what Raishin said. I submitted an excuse email and didn't go to school the next day. I spent my days healing my foot and avoided triggering my migraine. I went to the City's Hospital for a check-up and put in a new cast just in case. I spend my whole weekend shopping for new clothes, shoes, books, and new stuff online. I received emails from time to time coming from my Professors, so I won't be left behind. I am so glad I am in Moon Class, they just sent the entire lessons and activities there for advanced study.

Noesis contacts me also. Teressa always do facetime and I find it tiring to continuously listen to her unending mumblings. She keeps me updated from what is happening throughout the time I wasn't there. She also gave heads up of a mission they are doing, because that 'potential client' is indeed a potential case. Hindi ko alam kung ano ang ginawa nila dahil hindi rin naman ako nagtanong at wala akong balak gawin iyon.

She said it is not important for me to further think of it, kaya hindi ko na rin talaga tinanong. Raishin said that being a bystander, I must master the art of not feeding my curiosity. It will only cloud my thinking process. Lagi niya sinasabi simula ng magkakilala kami na: I think abruptly and that I always neglect everything that doesn't fit what I want to focus on.

I am under surveillance- 24 hours. Para siyang timang at halos hindi niya ako tinatantanan kahit pupunta lang ako ng CR. Hindi siya nakasunod, pero ang tingin niya hindi nawawala sa akin. Wala akong masabi para barahin siya dahil halos isampal niya na sa akin ang mga dapat kong gawin.

Masyado siyang hands on sa pagiging Captain ng Noesis at bilang miyembro ng grupo kailangan kong sumunod kahit nagliliyab na ako sa galit. His reasons are outrageous! He wants me to act as a bystander and only respond once he calls out my name. Naiinis ako sa ganyan na sitwasyon pero sa huli, lagi siyang nananalo.

My role in the group is like CCTV. I am already observant, but he wants me to be fully aware of my surroundings. Last Saturday in the afternoon, we went out and stayed in the plaza for a whole 4 hours. He told me to narrate everything I see and not just what I want to hear. He wants me to be detailed, to be precise on giving information kaya kahit naiinis ako ginawa ko rin naman.

That is what happened for the last three days. Now, I am somehow able to walk without crutches, but I do not put too much pressure on my sprained foot due to the fear it might swell.

Ilan sa mga nagbago sa akin ay nabibilang lang sa daliri ko. First and foremost, I am now used to the special exception Percival gave to me. One thing he addressed is to never stare straight to the eyes of another person. I began to take precautions with that and glady, nasanay agad ako. I also missed entering someone's mind, but what can I do aside from being patient with what I currently have. Hindi niya pa nasasagot ang tanong ko tungkol roon kaya naisipan ko nalang na sakyan ang trip niya.
