"Maverick! Watch out! We have three MiGs on our tail!"

It was already the next day, and Maverick was flying his Tomcat. He wasn't even fifteen minutes in the air, and three MiGs (which are basically the bad guys) were already after them. A dogfight has just begun.

Maverick was flying with his wingman, Goose, and Iceman was helping him with his wingman (not exactly his wingman, but for this mission, he was his wingman), Merlin. Who's Merlin, you might ask? Well, we'll get to him later.
(Mic drop.......)

"What? Oh gosh! They're close!" Maverick observed through the mic in his helmet. He stared at the black enemy jets for a minute before looking down at the nunchuck on his seat, which was a little switch that can switch to guns or missiles. Should he fire at the MiGs because they were close? To answer his question, Maverick contacted the overall boss of Top Gun (not really), Stinger.

"Stinger, this is Maverick, do I have permission to fire?" He asked through the mic.

Back at the headquarters, Stinger, who was smoking from a pipe, answered Maverick.

"Do not fire unless they have missile lock on you or Iceman. But get 'em out of here."

"Got it," said Maverick, and he continued flying through the skyline. The MiGs continued to fly around them, but they weren't doing anything... yet.

Lucky for Maverick, he wasn't thinking of the date he had with Madison the night before at all. She left this morning, anyway. He was upset that his new "friend" left, but this means Charlotte is no longer going to act furious. He was fine... for now.

"Maverick, I really think we should act quickly!" Goose spoke through his mic. "These MiGs look like they're hunting for our blood!"

"Let's try to fake missile lock on them. Then they'll go away."

Maverick waited patiently for one of the MiGs to fly close to him. Once one did so, Maverick attempted to get missile lock on it. Maverick stared at the radar in his jet, and saw the green target light go for it. An annoying beeping sound echoed throughout the jet as Maverick tried to lock up. Maverick tried to lock on the MiG, but it flew away before it was locked on.

"Dammit..." Maverick mumbled.

"MAVERICK! THEY HAVE MISSILE LOCK ON US!" Iceman spoke through his mic, sounding panicked. Maverick got alarmed, and flew out of his direction to go after one of the MiGs. He soon found the MiG that was attempting to shoot Iceman and Merlin, and went after him.

"He's too close for missiles, Ice. I'm switching to guns!" Maverick exclaimed. He then flipped the nunchuck to guns. He tried to aim at the MiG again, yet failed. The MiG flew away before Maverick could even begin to aim at it. Whoever was flying the MiG really knew how to get away from missile lock!

"Sh-t, Ice! This one's a tough one!" Maverick exclaimed. Luckily, Iceman and Merlin were no longer in danger, but the three MiGs were still around.

"Maverick, we got a MiG on our tail!" Goose panicked. Maverick looked behind him, and noticed not one, but two MiGs after them. Maverick instantly felt his insides freeze. They were in trouble.

Iceman, being the great and intelligent pilot he is, went after the only MiG that wasn't chasing his friends, and drove it out. After faking missile lock on it, the lonesome MiG that wasn't chasing Maverick flew away from them. Now, Iceman had to help his friends.

"Maverick! Watch out!"

Suddenly, a MiG sped up in front of Maverick, and flew in front of him. It caused Maverick and Goose to fly in its jet wash. The MiG then flew back to its friend. Now, there was a danger beeping sound echoing in the Tomcat, and Maverick knew it was trouble.
