Tohru's Little Sister

Chapter 1

"Tohruuuuu I'm hungry! When are we gonna eat?!" said Tokiko angrily. Tohru giggled and said, "I know you're hungry, but I have to go get our food from the river bank Tokiko." This will be from Tokiko's point of view if that wasn't obvious. Tokiko rolled her eyes and walked out of the tent. "We've been staying in this tent for months now. I miss my bed, I miss my tv, I miss my air conditioning and most importantly...I miss mom" Said Tokiko. Tokiko walked along the river bank staring into the water. It has been almost 5 months since Tokiko and Tohru's mom died. Tokiko picked up a rock and threw it into the river. She watched the rock sink to the bottom of the river. She started to feel herself crying. Tokiko said, "I can't cry...I promised myself that day when she died...that I would not cry ever again. I'm gonna suck it up for mom."
Tohru heard Tokiko crying and came running out the tent. She said, "Oh no, To-chan, what's wrong?" She tried to hug Tokiko. Tokiko pushed her away and said, "You try to act some much like mom! You'll never be her, stop trying to be!" Tokiko ran farther down the bank away from Tohru. Tokiko ran so far from the bank she ended up on the main road. She didn't want to see Tohru at the moment, so she wandered down the road. She stumbled upon a house with a sign that said "Sohma Residence." She heard someone say on the inside, "I want to take a walk along the river bank. Let's go Shigure." She heard another voice say, "Alright Yuki, let's go right now then."
Tokiko panicked and hurriedly ran back to the bank. She ran into the tent with her heart racing. Tohru said, "To-Chan! What happened are you ok?" Tokiko rolled her eyes and said, "Tch! I'm fine Tohru chill out." Tohru had caught 2 big fish for the two of them to eat. She finished prepping the fish and the two of them ate. Tohru was taking a nap and Tokiko was looking at a picture of their mom. She heard footsteps upon the gravel. Tokiko knew for sure it was the 2 voices she heard earlier. She low key started to panic and she didn't know how their reaction would go. She peaked her head out silently through the tent to only be met by the eyes of a tall handsome man with dark gray hair.
Tokiko slapped the man and said, "You pervert! What are you doing and why are you looking in here?!" The other person with him had light gray hair and was also very handsome. The other person said, "Please excuse Shigure. I told him he shouldn't peak inside cause it was rude." Tokiko rolled her eyes and said, "Whatever, what do you want?" Shigure said, "My apologies, I was just wondering why was this random little tent was among the river bank...if you don't mind me asking why are you here?" Tokiko said, "If you should know, my sister and I live here...we don't have anywhere else to go." Shigure covered his mouth as he was about to laugh. The other person slapped him in the back of head. He said, "Please excuse Shigure, my name is Yuki. You and your sister live here? Where are your parents?" Tokiko said, "Why should I tell you YuKi?...Obviously if I had caring, involved or alive parents, don't you think I would be living with them?" Tohru woke up and said, "To-Chan who are you talking to?"
Tohru panicked and said, "To-Chan who are these men?" Tokiko blew her breath and said, "Tohru this is Shigure and Yuki. They were walking along the bank and discovered our little home here." Tohru said, "Oh, hello I'm Tohru and if you don't already know this is Tokiko. My adorable kid sister." Tokiko pinched Tohru's cheek and said, "Why are you telling strangers my name...You are such a weirdo!" Yuki said, "So your name is Tokiko huh? Anyway, Tohru why are you and your sister living in this tent?" Tohru started twirling her hair and said, "Both of our parents are dead and we had nowhere else to go." Shigure and Yuki looked at Tohru and Tokiko with such sympathy. Tokiko said, "I don't need your sympathy. Tohru and I have been doing fine on our own."
Yuki said, "Yea ok. You girls can't live in this tent. You are going to move in with Shigure and I." Shigure said, "Yuki...you can't just offer up my house without asking my permission first." Yuki said, "Oh yea I'm sorry. Shigure, Tohru and Tokiko are moving in with us. Ok? Ok." Shigure was about to say something when Tokiko butted in. She said, "Ain't no way in hell I'm moving in with 2 people I just met today." Tohru said, "Thank you so much! I absolutely appreciate it. I'll gather our things right now." Tokiko slapped her forehand and rubbed her temples. Her sister really stressed her out.
Yuki and Shigure carried Tohru and Tokiko's things to the house Tokiko seen earlier. Shigure said, "This is it ladies! You guys will have to share a room, I assume that shouldn't be a problem since you two have slept in a tent together." Tokiko said, "You tryna be funny pervert?! Cause I personally don't find you funny at all." Yuki said, "He's an idiot please don't mind him. I hope you guys find comfort in our home. We have school Monday, so later on we can go shopping for your weekend clothes." Tohru said, "Oh my gosh, I'm so excited! I love shopping!" Tokiko said, "Yipeee...Hey Pervert where's our room?" Shigure said, "I'd appreciate it if you'd call me Shigure and not "Pervert" please since you're living in my house and all." Tokiko said, "I'll call you what I please.....pervert."
Yuki started to walk up the stairs and said, "Follow me ladies, I'll show you to your room." Tohru walked up the stairs first and Yuki led them to a room at the end of the hall. Yuki opened the door to reveal a king sized bed, a small coffee table, a book shelf and a desk in the corner. Yuki said, "It's not much, but I hope it's to your liking." Tohru said, "It's perfect! To-Chan and I will definitely love it!" Tokiko said, "Speak for yourself sweet cheeks, but I think I'll manage." Yuki said, "Well get settled in. We're leaving for the mall in 30 minutes. Tokiko said, "Got it Mr. Yuki." He walked out and closed the door behind him. Tohru said, "I'm so happy we're out of that tent. Isn't this amazing? We met 2 great people today and got a new home!" Tokiko smirked at the thought of her sister being happy.
Tokiko, Tohru, Shigure and Yuki all took a trip to the mall. Tokiko is surprisingly a girly girl. She loves the color pink. She just isn't very nice. Her style is very similar to Tohru's. She likes soft colors and simple clothes. Shigure paid for all of Tokiko and Tohru's clothes. After shopping, Yuki paid for them to eat at a ramen shop before heading home. It was in the afternoon and the sun was just about to set. Shigure unlocked his front door and Tohru walked in. She said, "Thank you so much Mr. Shigure and Yuki! I'm so grateful. To-Chan is too! Right Tokiko?" She glances at you and you flash a fake smile. Tohru rolls her eyes and said, "Well To-Chan and I will be calling it a night. Goodnight Mr. Shigure and Yuki." Yuki said, "Goodnight? It's only like 6, but Goodnight you guys." Tohru led both herself and Tokiko up the stairs.
Tokiko and Tohru were putting away their new clothes when they heard a loud commotion coming from next door. Tokiko ran out the room and said, "What the hell is going on?!" Tohru ran up behind her. Just then, an orange haired boy fell through the roof of Shigure's house. He said, "There you are, you dumb rat! Time to get your ass kicked, I'm ready now!" Yuki said, "You really think you can beat me? You ought to be sick of getting your ass kicked." The orange haired boy ran towards Yuki and they started fighting. Tohru said, "Oh my gosh guys stop!" Shigure ran into the room and said, "I know I heard Kyo's voice...Oh my roof." He sweat dropped while looking at the hole in his roof. Tokiko said, "So the orange one name is Kyo huh? He seems cool...I think I'm gonna make him my Bestfriend." Tohru ran past Tokiko and tried to pull Kyo away from Yuki.
As soon as Tohru touched Kyo, a cloud of orange smoke appeared around Kyo and he disappeared! The only thing that left from him was his clothes and an orange cat. Tokiko said, "What the hell just happened? Did he just turn into a cat?!" Tohru panicked and said, "Oh no?! What did I do? How do I turn him back? I didn't know I possess dark magic?!" She picked him up and looked very concerned. Yuki said, "That idiot! He just gave away our secret." Yuki walked over to Shigure and said, "Now we have to explain to them this whole situation." Tokiko was about to walk towards Tohru when she tripped and fell into Yuki and Shigure's arms. Just then black and gray smoke appeared and Yuki and Shigure disappeared! The only thing that was left of them was a dog and a tiny little mouse. Tohru said, "To-Chan you have dark magic too?! What have we done? How do we explain this?" Tokiko started freaking out after Yuki and Shigure transformed. She said, "This is some real freaky shit! What's going on here?" She picked up Yuki who was now a mouse and said, "Explain what's happening." Yuki rubbed his little head and said, "It's a long story Tokiko. So you and Tohru should listen to what I'm about to say." Tohru carried Kyo over to where Tokiko was and gathered closely to hear what Yuki was about to say.
