Chapter 11

Tokiko was up in her room brushing her hair when she heard the front door open. She heard her sister say, "That was so much fun Kisa! I love going out with you!" Tokiko rolled her eyes and mocked Tohru, "ThAt WaS sO mUcH fUn KiSa! i LoVe GoInG oUt WiTh YoU!" Kisa said, "Yea oneesan, that was a lot of fun. I'm so full now!" Kyo knocked on Tokiko's door. She said, "If you're anybody but Kyo onii-Chan go away." Kyo walked in the room. He sat next to Tokiko and said, "Are you ok? Tohru is back with Kisa, I think you should go talk to her." Tokiko said, "No thanks Kyo...it's literally no reason for me to confront her...she loves Kisa more than me." Kyo shook his head, patted her head and said, "Ok Tokiko whatever you say." He got up from the bed and walked out. Tokiko heard Kisa walk out the door. Tohru burst into the room and said, "Hey To-Chan how was your date with Momiji?" Tokiko said, "It wasn't a date! We just went to the library and then to get ice cream and walked to the park...I'm so tired of everyone assuming we went on a date!" Tohru laughed and said, "Ok To-Chan, calm down...I'm so full."
Tokiko said, "How was your "date" with Kisa?" Tohru said, "We had so fun! She tried Strawberry Tiramisu for the first time and she really enjoyed it!" Tokiko slammed her hand down on the table. She said, "That's it! You had her eating Daddy's favorite dessert?! How heartless are you Tohru?!" Tohru said, "Calm down Tokiko. It's not like that dessert belonged to him...it's not a big deal.." Tokiko was at her breaking point. She said, "First you meet this random ass little girl and spend all your fucking time with her! You take her to our favorite restaurant that we always went with momma too. You take her shopping...and then you give her dad's favorite dessert...I can't with you anymore." Tohru said, "You sound so jealous Tokiko, what's wrong with you?" Tokiko said, "Why are you getting so close to this girl? She's not your family she's a complete stranger and you're all over her. That little bitch is even calling you Oneesan! You're not her big sister, you're mines!" Tohru got mad after she called Kisa a bitch. She said, "Tokiko, you have crossed the line! Don't call other people out their names just because you're upset! You're overreacting, it's not like you care about me that much or anything." Kyo was inside his room and he heard the girls arguing. He said, "This isn't gonna end well.."
Tokiko said, "You fucking idiot! You have no idea if she's taking advantage of you or anything. You're so delusional Tohru, I literally can't deal with you anymore!" Tohru said, "I can't deal with you Tokiko. I can't handle your attitude and your shitty mood anymore. Maybe the reason why I don't spend more time with you or be with you anymore is because you're a horrible sister to me. You make it so hard to be nice! I can't be nice and kind to someone like you Tokiko, there's no way you're my like actual sister! I try so hard for you and it's never enough, it's never been enough. You think the world owes you something when it doesn't owe you a damn thing. I hate being related to you Tokiko Honda! I could never be your true oneesan!" Tokiko heart felt like it literally broke. She ran out the room and down the stairs and was about to walk out the door. She bumped into Yuki and he said, "Woah, why are you in such a rush Tokiko? Where are you going?" Tokiko looked up at Yuki tear-eyed and pushed past him. Tohru realized what she said and tried to run after Tokiko. She said, "I'm such a horrible sister for saying that to her! I have to go after her and apologize."
Kyo grabbed Tohru's hand and looked her straight in the eye. He said, "Don't run after her...leave her alone." Tohru snatched her hand away and ran back to her room. Kyo walked downstairs only to see Yuki staring out the window. Yuki said without turning his head around, "Where do you think she went?" Kyo said, "If I have to think honestly...she's going to Momiji...he's changing her and she doesn't even realize it." Yuki said, "Yea he's kinda like her guardian angel when you think about it." Tokiko ran and ran far away from Shigure's house. She had no idea where she was going but she kept running. She stopped in front of a huge gated community. Tokiko wiped her eyes and walked inside the estate. She wondered around until she bumped into a tall man with purple eyes. He thought, "That's the girl from Momiji's picture?!" He said, "Excuse me miss, what are you doing here?" Tokiko said, "I don't know where I am. I'm lonely and scared." The man said, "Don't be scared, my name is Hatori Sohma, and I have somewhere for you stay tonight, ok?" Tokiko thought, "Holy Shit! I have ran all the way to the Sohma Estate?! That means Momiji is here somewhere, maybe I'll see him."
Hatori took Tokiko by her hand and guided her through the estate. A person was watching all this go down from the shadows. This person seen this and became angry because this intruder was on their land. Hatori brought Tokiko into his house and told her to sit on the couch. He said, "Stay right here, I'll get you a blanket." Tokiko followed Hatori throughout the house. She clung to her shirt sleeve cause she was afraid. Hatori said, "What is your name?" Tokiko was hesitant to tell her his name. She knew if Tohru was there, she would've told Hatori her name, her birthday, her social security number, everything. Tokiko looked up at Hatori and said, "My name is Tokiko...umm do you know Momiji?" Hatori eyes bucked and he said, "Actually, I do know Momiji. He lives right near me." Tokiko started to blush. Hatori and Tokiko were walking throughout the house. Tokiko heard something crack and she hugged Hatori out of fear. Hatori said, "W-wait!" Before he could finish his sentence, a cloud of purple smoke appeared. Hatori disappeared and a seahorse was left of him. Tokiko shrieked and said, "Oh no Hatori! You turned into a seahorse?! Do you need fresh water or salt water?! You're gonna die!"
While Tokiko was panicking, Hatori transformed back into a human. Hatori sat up on the floor and said, "Oh dear, I didn't mean to startle you. I should've mentioned that I was apart of the zodiac family, as you can see I'm the seahorse zodiac." Tokiko said, "But like, you're so tall...you turn into something so small.." Tokiko thought, "But you're literally so hot..." Her nose started to bleed inside her head. Hatori said, "Don't think things like that Tokiko...it's very inappropriate." Tokiko said, "How did you read my mind?" Hatori said, "I have the ability to, but I only do it if I want to, and I know for sure you were thinking something inappropriate. Do you mind going into the other room while I get dressed?" Tokiko said, "S-sure." She walked into the other room and looked around. Hatori came back into the room and said, "Should I take you to where you'll be sleeping tonight?" Tokiko said, "Yes please." Hatori took Tokiko to Momiji's house. Hatori buzzed into the door and walked in. He turned on the light and Momiji came around the corner and said, "Hello Hatori! What brings you her- To-Chan?! What are you doing here?!" Tokiko said, "Long story Momiji, all I know is that I can't sleep in the same house nor bed with Tohru tonight." Momiji nodded his head and said, "It's ok, you can sleep here tonight. You just have to be gone by 11 in the morning because Akito will be over tomorrow."
Tokiko said, "Whose Akito? And why do you care if their here when I'm here?" Momiji said, "That's another long story To-Chan...you'll be sleeping in my room tonight." Tokiko started blushing and said, "Momiji...You idiot! I can't sleep in the same bed as you." Hatori laughed and said, "He'll be sleeping downstairs while you take his bed." Tokiko said, "Oh, yea duh I knew that..." Momiji giggled and took her hand. He said, "Thank you for watching over her Hatori." Hatori gave him a thumbs up and walked back to his house. Momiji guided Tokiko upstairs. He opened his bedroom and the entire room was yellow. Tokiko said, "Wow...you're room is very bright." Momiji said, "Of course it is! My favorite color is yellow." He grabbed extra blankets from the closet. Tokiko got under his covers and snuggled into the pillow. Momiji said, "Tokiko I wanna know what happened between you and Tohru." Momiji turned around and Tokiko was already fast asleep. He walked over to Tokiko and kissed her forehead. He said, "You're such a beautiful soul...goodnight Tokiko." He walked downstairs and fell asleep on the couch.
