Everyone recieved an earful from Hooty despite the sun barely rising. Luz had to stop Amity from beating Hooty to death, hearing his voice wasn't the best way to wake up. Amity was especially angry since he interrupted the two of them cuddling. It took a few minutes but Luz was able to pull them apart with the help of King. He walked in curious about what was causing all the ruckus.

Luz decided she'd patch up Hooty while King and Amity headed down stairs to eat breakfast. Eda was making breakfast, "morning you two. What was all that noise about? And where's Luz?" "She started attacking Hooty again. Luz is patching him up." King explained while Amity stayed silent looking away. Eda just laughed at the fact Hooty hasn't learned his lesson. Serving them up some food Eda slid a envelope to Amity. "What's this?" She asked with a eyebrow raised. "No clue." Eda shrugged, "it just has your name on the front." Amity turned it over instantly recognizing the hand writing. Eda and King stared wanting to know what the letter contained, "It's from my father..." Amity wasn't sure how to feel about her parents after everything that has happened. Amity carefully read over each word. Putting the letter aside she tried her best to focus on the food that was in front of her. She sighed, she missed her siblings as well as her father a tiny bit. He may not have defended her in desperate times yet he still cared. King was the first to finish, he always stuffed his face with food. He rushed to go command his army.

"Thinking about the letter?" Eda asked. Amity stumbled with her words due to the unexpected question from Eda. The green haired witch nodded, "I want to go yet at the same time well... I don't know. I'm just not sure if it's totally safe." Eda partially agreed with her statement, "how about this? I'll send Owlbert with you, if anything happens he'll tell me. We both know if Luz knew she wouldn't even let you go." Amity nodded.

"Hey guys! What are you talking about?" Luz walked in to the kitchen. "Um boots and I were talking about how we needed more groceries!" Eda quickly answered. Amity looked at her with a dumbfounded face, not only was she called boots but she's just heard the worst lie. "Oh- but didn't we go just a day or two ago?" Luz was confused. "That doesn't matter kid. You're going to be the one to help me too. King and Amity will watch over the house." Eda made sure to sound stern so Luz wouldn't question her. "Uh... okay." Luz sat down and waited to be served. The three of them talked as normal.

"Emira and Edric! Get down here!" Odalia waited for her two oldest children to arrive. She gave a small smile at the sight that was in front of her. Their clothes well kept, each strand of hair in place, standing up straight and being polite, "now those are proper Blights, unlike the other child." She thought. "Yes mother?" The twins asked at the same time curious to why they were called. "I need you two to help our your father down at the industry today. I'm unable to at the moment, I have business to take care of." The twins nodded instantly agreeing since they don't have a choice. "Perfect. I'll call the driver to pick you up. You're dismissed."

Odalia waited till she heard the front door shut. "I'll see you soon Mittens." She smiled happy that she'd be reunited with her youngest daughter. Grabbing the bag of supplies previously packed she headed out the back door not to be seen by the twins or Alador.
---------------------------------------------------------
"We'll be back soon you two!" Eda shouted before closing the front door. "Come on kid, Boots deserves something nice after having gone through so much." Eda rubbed Luz's head which caused her tail to wag. Luz loved the idea of doing something nice for Amity, especially after helping her with everything. "So what's the plan?" Luz asked excitedly. "We'll see what we can pull together once we get there alright kiddo?" Eda said while walking off towards the market. Luz followed Eda happy to assist her.

"Okay they're gone! You ready Owlbert?" Amity was looking out the window making sure they were out of sight. Owlbert flew into Amity's shoulder indicating he was ready. Cooing and flapping his wings he seemed excited to go on an adventure with the young Blight. Amity chuckled, scratching his head they set off to meet Alador.

On their way there Amity had an uneasy feeling in her stomach. She reassured herself countless times that'd everything will be okay, especially with Owlbert to warn Eda if anything happened. "This is it..." Amity looked up at an old abandoned house. It was located a little deeper in the forest. "Why did father have to pick this as the meeting place..." The longer she stared at the house the more chills went down her spine. "Let's get this over with..." entering the house she want met with a hallway. Picking up Owlbert gently, "watch over me." He cooed flying off to find a spot to watch over. Amity watched as Owlbert flied off, walking to the only door that was open she enter the empty room. Looking at the ground pulling off her hood she called, "father?"

"Not quite dear." Amity froze, "that voice...!" She immediately looked up. "You came! I'm so happy to see you again." Odalia drew a spell circle in the air. Amity jumped from the door slamming shut. Making eye contact with each other Amity had a dreadful look in her eyes while Odalia had a look full of delight.
---------------------------------------------------------
Alador sighed, looking at his watch  "its been over an hour since the meeting time... She shouldn't have gotten lost." Getting up from chair he pulled his cloak over his head again. He was broken his own daughter didn't give him a chance to talk things over. When Amity was much younger Alador always took her to get ice scream. Walking out he became lost in thought, "those times have passed now..." Bumping into someone he immediately apologized. Luz rubbed her head, "you okay kid?" Eda put her hand on her shoulder, "watch where you're going!" Eda snapped at the stranger but was shocked at who bumper into them. "What is it Eda?" Luz looked at the stranger, immediately recognizing she started growling. Alador looked ashamed, this made Eda forgiven him. "Hey wheres Amity? Wasn't she supposed to meet you?" Eda asked confused since she was no where in sight. Luz stopped growling, "Amity was going to meet him!?" Luz became very protective of Amity ever since she became a werewolf. "Yes but she didn't show. I understand why she probably didn't want to come." Alador gave another sorrowful look. This made Eda fill with concern, "if you're here... the who is she meeting up with?!"
---------------------------------------------------------
"I thought I was meeting up with father!?" Amity stepped back as Odalia stepped forward. She didn't answer, all she did was take steps towards Amity. "That letter was written by me, I just needed you to meet me." With each step she took the more Amity began to tremble. Amity looked back, the hit the wall. She froze, tears forming in her eyes she hoped that someone was there to save her. Odalia drew another spell circlear in the air, Amity looked up. Before she knew it, it was the last thing she saw before being knocked out. Odalia chuckled, picking her daughter up she started heading out the door. Owlbert watched from the window making sure he was hidden. Cooing he made sure to follow the two of them. He watched as Odalia loaded Amity into the back of a Blight industry truck. Once the truck started moving Owlbert followed close behind.
---------------------------------------------------------
"We need to find Amity." Eda wasted no time, she grabbed both Luz and Alador by the collar of their shirts. Bringing them off into an ally was she started explaining, "Amity recieved a letter saying that you wanted to meet her at the old abandoned house." Alador was baffled, "I never wrote that..." coming to a realization he knew his daughter was in trouble. "Odalia is behind this..." Luz was still confused yet knew this was a serious situation. "We need to hurry. Come, we'll use the truck. We'll start at the old abandoned house in the forest." Alador wasted no time, Eda and Luz followed close behind. Eda became suspicious to why Owlbert didn't warn them. As they set off Luz only grew angrier, she wasn't going to let Amity's mother off easy.
