"It's empty." Alador stepped out informing Eda and Luz. Eda didn't have any words, neither did Luz. Luz began to growl, "calm down kid, I know you're angry, I am too but we need to think logically." Luz turned her head away, she knew her mentor was right but she wanted to desperately find Amity. A strange cooing sound could be heard, the three of them looked up to see Owlbert flying down to them. As he landed on Eda's shoulder he started relaying information on where the young Blight was. "Owlbert said she's at a office building with a Blight industry logo. Let's go!" Alador looked at her disappointed, "I don't know where the office building is, Odalia always handled that part of the business..." Alador sighed getting in to the drivers side of the truck taking a moment to sit down and think. As Eda headed around the front to get into the passenger side once more she noticed a second pair of tire tracks in the dirt. "Kid look at this! You too Alador!" Eda started pointing at the old tracks. Luz took notice in this and started sniffing the air, "what is she doing?" Alador asked confused. "I'm trying to find Amity's scent." Luz's ears perked up, "it's faint but I think I can still track her!" Without hesitation as Luz started following the old tracks and faint scent. Alador and Eda made sure to follow, knowing Odalia Luz would need all the help she could get.
---------------------------------------------------------
They all got out of the truck waiting for one another at the main entrance. This time they were waiting outside the first facility the Blights owned, they needed a second building since the business was growing. Odalia made sure to send the twins to the manufacturing facility instead of the office one. "Come, she must be waiting for us." Alador entered first followed by Eda then Luz. Each step they took it echoed, Eda stopped on her tracks, "what's that...?" Eda looked down at her shoe after stepping in a strange liquid, "it's blood!" Luz covered her nose from the overwhelming smell, "and there's a trail leading somewhere. It could be Amity's!" Rushing to follow the trail Luz failed to noticed the trap set up ahead. Tripping a wire, the door behind them slammed shut. Abominations dropped down in to the room from the ceiling. Eda immediately began to use her staff to use what magic she had left. "Go! Follow the trail, I'll hold them off!" Alador and Luz nodded their head. Stopping at a door it opened for them without having to do anything.

"Oh you made it! And Alador dear you too..." the sight of her husband helping the very human she was trying to get rid of made her angry. Odalia pulled out a remote pressing a button. A light lit up revealing Amity tied to a chair. Amity had a cloth over her mouth preventing her from speaking but she still tried fighting back once she saw Luz. Luz noticed one of her eyes closed due to a cut along her face that went over her eye. "What did you do to her?!" Luz began to growl. "Oh please, she basically did that to herself. If she would have complied she wouldn't have gotten hurt." Odalia brushed off the fact that her daughter was injured.

Drawing a spell circle in the air Luz prepared herself yet nothing happened. Hearing someone struggle behind her she looked back to see Alador being help back by a orical spirit. Odalia snapped, abominations appeared as well as more spirits.
The abominations were easy for Luz to handle, with her strength and agility they were defeated. Luz had to be more careful when she made one of the abominations miss it's intended target. Instead of shooting her it hit a glass window that was hanging over Amity. It sent glass everywhere. The main problem that she had was Odalia and the orical spirits. She had to dodge the spirits at all costs. Taking a breath she transformed back, in her wolf form she was an easier target for the spirits. Luz became concerned when the the spirits stopped attacking, the ground started shaking causing the whole room to shake. A huge door built in the floor began to open, a huge abomaton started rising. Odalia had a huge grin on her face. "This abomaton is the final prototype. Once it blasts you it feels like a million knives went through your body." Odalia knew that this statement was very true, under a microscope the goo is shaped like very tiny knives.

Amity gasped, she knew not even Luz could survive it's attack. Amity has seen it destroy anything countless times when she would see the demonstrations. Swaying back and forth she managed to get the chair to tip over on its side. Small pieces of glass pierced her skin causing her to wince on pain, grabbing a decent size piece she started sawing away at the ropes.

The aim of the abomaton was perfect, it never missed. It aimed and fired. Luz kept her eyes closed, she felt okay aside from the battle wounds she had. Opening her eyes she could see Odalia yelling yet she couldn't hear. Ringing in her ears prevented that. Seeing the spirit once holding Alador back disappeared Luz looked over to see what they were staring at. She noticed a familiar green haired witch standing in front of her. Luz's heart was beating fast as Amity slowly turned around. She could see her clothes slowly being soaked in her own blood, Amity gave a faint smile but started losing her balance. Luz didn't hesitate to run over to catch her.

Luz's eyes filled with tears instantly streaming down her face. Frantically trying to stop the bleeding she started mumbling Amity's name. Amity weakly brought her hand up to Luz's cheeck, "h-hey it's okay, I'm a B-blight. I'll survive." Choking on blood she tried her best to breathe. "P-please hold on a little longer! I can't lose you... I love you so much..." This caused Amity to gasp faintly, "I-in all my life... I've never had anyone love me the way you do. T-thank you Luz, I-i love you..." using all her energy she pulled Luz in kissing her on the lips. Luz didn't resist, she gave in to her. The kiss lasted a few seconds before Amity stopped, her body went limp. Luz placed her ear on Amity's chest to listen for a heart beat. "She's still alive!" The heartbeats were faint and slow but she was holding on. Luz gently placed Amity on the floor, turning slowly to look at Odalia. A deep growl could be heard. Luz wasn't going to let anything else bad happen to her. Odalia took a step back not liking the look in the humans eyes. Luz turned to Alador, "heal her!" He quickly obeyed, he never wanted to hurt anyone. Especially his daughter. Luz glared back at Odalia, "you..." the closer Luz got to her the more she started growling and transforming.

Odalia only summoned more deadly spirits, Luz was outnumbered. Fully giving in she transformed in a matter of seconds yet was completely aware of everything. Charging at Odalia Luz didn't care about anything else except getting her hands on the person that hurt Amity. Clawing at her leg she let out a loud scream from the pain, Odalia summed another spirit forcing Luz back. The spirit tried clawing and entangling Luz yet it's reaction time was too slow for it to keep up with Luz. Luz knew physical attacks won't do much since they didn't have a physical body. As Odalia struggled to get up with an injured leg a necklace around her neck began to show. "The necklace controls the spirits!" Luz knew she needed to get that necklace, she learned that most orical witches wore a necklace to control the spirits easily. No one wants to carry a crystal ball, it was heavy and inconvenient. Charging at the witch Odalia sprang back, Luz got a hold of the necklace when this happened. Ripping it off Luz crushed it with her mouth. The spirit that was once attacking her now disappeared. Odalia froze from the look the wolf had, Luz pinned Odalia down. Ready to bite her throat she heard a voice filled with desperation and demand.

Alador stood up, "human! Get her out of here now before more of Odalia's minions come! If you stay you'll lose her, I was only able to stop the bleeding on the outside yet she was still bleeding internally." Luz looked back, it was either finish off Odalia or rush to save Amity. Luz looked back at Odalia, she had a smile on her face knowing that she would have no choice. Throwing Odalia off to the side she transformed back rushing over to Amity.

It was only a matter of time before Amity's life fully slipped away. Gently  picking her up holding her close she looked for the only witch that could heal Amity, Eda. Running to the door Luz looked back one more time, neither of the Blights could be seen. Luz snarled at the fact they got away yet went immediately back to concentrating on Amity. Sniffing the air she could smell Eda's scent, sprinting towards her direction she could feel Amity's life slipping away.
