Slowly opening her eyes she saw the ceiling. The light coming through the window indicated that it was still day.
Looking to her side Luz was staring right at her, like any normal person she screamed. "Sorry Amity!" Taking a breath she calmed down, "what were you doing?" She laid back down. "I was watching over you while you slept." Luz knew how ever she put it, it sounded weird. "Oh... How long have I been asleep?" Her body was stiff so it was probably an hour or two. "Uh... about 15 hours." Amity was dumbfounded. Luz was shocked too, she fell asleep after school yesterday and it's already the next morning. "Come on." Luz said while holding her hand out. They headed downstairs to eat breakfast. "Good morning you two. Sleep well?" Eda started serving up breakfast. Amity nodded her head. "Now you two watch the house. I need to prepare the house for the upcoming event." Luz was confused yet Amity, King and Eda all knew what was going on. Eda told them to keep quiet about the upcoming full moon. It would be less stressful on Luz. "Don't forget to drink your potion kiddo!" Eda closed the door heading out. As the three of them sat they ate occasionally taking a peek at each other. King finished up fast to return to his throne. "My army awaits my orders!" He yelled as he ran out. They both chuckled. "Are you still tired?" Luz took a bite of her meal. Amity nodded, she was yawning every few minutes. "We can go to the night market later tonight. After school and all." Amity smiled, "of course. What made you decide to take me instead of Gus or Willow?" "I guess it's just a way to show that I appreciate all you've done for me the last few days." She gave a smile. Amity took a mental note on when Luz smiled she could see her fangs. It was cute, she was the same loveable Luz.

Once they finished both of them got ready for school. Amity saw another potion on the table. Sneaking it into her bag she didn't want to discourage Luz. They went through the forest to get to Hexside.

Entering school for Luz was hard. Amity had to basically drag her in the front gate. She was nervous especially after the incident. Taking a few deep breaths she planned to finish all her classes while avoiding Gus and Willow. She didn't want to face them, "I'll just explain everything once it's over! Yeah!" She thought to herself. Luz was lucky, due to her studies of all the tracks she could change her schedule to the order she wanted. "I'll stick with abominations today." She knew if she did this she'll miss her classes with Willow and Gus. Once they split Luz tried her best to keep calm. "If I just concentrate in class I'll be fine!" Another hopeful thought she had which was proven wrong.

Luz couldn't concentrate at all, her hearing was more sensitive than usual. She could hear people's conversation despite them whispering, tapping of their feet or pencil, someone chewing gum, the teacher talking loudly for the whole class to hear. Luz started to hyperventilate, "t-this is too much!" She looked forward eyes wide frozen in place. Amity noticed, she was sitting next to her after all. Grabbing her hand she brought it below the table so the teacher wouldn't notice. Luz was shocked although this helped her calm down. Amity kept acting as if nothing was happening.

It didn't take long for lunch to roll around. The cafeteria was still a mess, the doors weren't fixed and a few tables were missing. She looked over at where she orginally sat, it's been awhile. Amity tapped her shoulder indicating that they should go sit outside. Willow saw all of it, "why didn't Luz come sit with us?!" Gus sat there not wanting to feed into the negativity. Willow sighed mumbling to herself, "it's because of Amity."

They went behind a huge tree near the school. It was close enough for them to still hear the bell. Luz felt a twist in her stomach, she felt guilty for avoiding her friends. Without realizing her wold features came back. "Oh no..." Luz tried stuffing her tail in her shirt but to no avail. Amity needed her to calm down, scratching behind her now canine ears caused her tail to wag vigorously. Slowly the wolf features began to become less dominant. "Here. I packed another one of those potions for you just in case." Handing it to her she drank it quickly. Amity got up ready to head to their final class. Luz followed close behind not leaving her side for a single minute.
---------------------------------------------------------
Hexside ended which meant all the kids go home or to wherever they desire. Willow went home to finish up homework and study so she can tend to her garden later. Gus went home to do the same, once that was done he relaxed. Luz and Amity finished their homework, they both had to get ready for that night. Back with Willow she felt ruff. Taking a break she looked out the window, the sun is setting. Getting up she walked over to her windowsill, "my poor plants! They need food!" Reaching for the feed she saw it was empty. "I need more! And fast!" She ran out the door telling her fathers that she needs to grab something from the night market.
---------------------------------------------------------
Luz looked up at the sky, "the moon looks so beautiful tonight!" Luz wore one of her white fancy button up shirts along with a black pair of pants. Her hair was slicked back too. The creaking of the door made her look. Amity stepped out in an outfit similar to what she wore to grom. Luz blushed staring in awe. "Does it look okay?" Amity asked. Luz kept staring, walking up she grabbed her hand. "Come on!"

The night market looked beautiful with it's yellowish glow. The stars shined bright that night. Walking around they stayed close, it was easy to get lost in a place like this. "What would you like to do first?" Luz smiled. Amity wasn't sure, "I don't really know how to have fun..." Luz put her hand on her chin thinking. A idea popped in her head, she bopped Amity's nose causing her to blush and cause confusion. Luz ran after scared of her, Amity chased her laughing. They chased each other through the crowd. Luz stopped once she saw the food they were selling, Luz grabbed food for the two of them. Calming down they decided to walk not to mess up their stomach. They bought a few things. Luz got some new clothes, "I really need them... a few pairs are ruined." Luz admitted embarrassed. Amity wasn't sure what she wanted. Walking around some more a store caught her eyes. Amity wanted to stop at a jewelry store. She wanted to look at the earrings, necklaces, bracelets and many other jewelry the shop had to offer.

As they were looking Willow saw the two of them a few stores down. "Luz!" Willow yelled to get her attention. Walking over her expression said it all, she wasn't happy to see her. "Hey Willow... How's it been? Oh hey what happened to your arm?" Luz asked. Once Willow heard her voice she became furious. She went from 0 to 100 in an instant. "Luz! Do you know how angry I am with you!? You keep disappearing without explanation! Gus and I have been trying to help but we can't! And do you want to know what happened to my arm? The beast attacked me while in school. Of course you would have known if you were actually there!"

They were attracting attention from others passing by in the market. Luz became paranoid along with so many more horrible emotions, "look Willow I'm sorry I haven't been telling you anything it's just that I-" Willow cut her off. "No Luz! You expect us be okay after worrying about you for days!? We didn't get one message or explanation telling us what's going on! You haven't let us know anything!" Willow screamed. Luz was tearing up, she felt so many emotions she couldn't handle it. Running off she left Amity and Willow. Amity quickly followed Luz right after she told Willow in a nasty tone, "you have no idea what's going on or what you've done!" Willow stood there doubting herself if she did the right thing.

Amity struggled to keep up with her, she was much faster when she was more wolf. They came to an opening, Luz was in the middle while Amity just made it to the treeline surrounding the area. Her heart ached, Luz was crying. Slowly approaching she could hear Luz's breathing was heavy. "Luz! You need to calm down!" Despite having amazing hearing she didn't hear what Amity said. She hurt her friends, she never wanted that.

"I-I'm sorry..." She couldn't resist it anymore, the transformation started.
The beast was able to take over easily due to the emotions she felt were strong. Growling and snarling she clawed at the ground to ease some of the pain. Amity saw that her eyes looked feral more than she's ever seen. This was the first time she saw Luz transform like this. It sent shivers down her spine, she was scared. Amity saw that her arms were too big for her shirt, the sleeves were ripped. Shoes and leggings as well. The ears she once had become canine, her whole body had dark brown fur. Amity waited till it was over, closing her eyes she waited. Hearing Luz breathing heavily to catch her breath she started running towards her. Amity was stopped in her tracks, looking back she saw an abomination. Not just any, her parents abomaton 3.0. One of it's arm stretched into goo surrounded her whole torso with her arms pinned down to her side. "Let go!" Wriggling to try to loosen the hold it had on her it did nothing. The abomaton's right arm drew Amity closer. With the other it molded into a cannon, it took aim at Luz. "Luz watch out!" The green haired witch yelled but it was too late. Hitting her directly in the head knocked her out. "No!" She struggled as much as she could but nothing worked, she couldn't escape. The abomaton started taking her away leaving Luz all alone.

A cloaked figure walked out into the opening where Luz was unconscious. "Get it on the wagon." A few more figures walked out holding nets and rope. Demon hunters. "The warden will pay a hefty price for this monster." One of them said. Nothing was left in the clearing except claw marks.
