Chapter 18

Dear diary,
It's finally the last week of my horrid detention and I can't wait to go to Jamaica.

I'm only sad that Saundro isn't coming with us.

But something weird is happening to him.

I'm kind of embarrassed to say this, but, ever since last week, we haven't kissed. I tried to but he just pulls away.

Is there something wrong with me? Did I do something wrong?

He said he wants our next kiss to be special. I have no idea what that means. Hopefully, I will know, and soon.

Anyways, Justin, Kath and Leonardo are still coming on the trip. I was hoping Leonardo wouldn't but being with Saundro made me forget everything about him.

I'm such a fool.

Falling for him so hard and so fast. But I like it. He makes me feel different. Wanted.

It's better than watching your supposedly boy best friend from afar because you like him too much and you will never be in a relationship with him.

But whatever.

I've gotten over him. Ever since my confession to him, he avoids me and I him.

It's just so confusing that he's coming with us.

But, I'm not waisting any more of my time thinking about him.

I have a date with Saundro. He says he has something important to tell me and I can't wait to hear what it is. Ever since our date last week, when he gave me a beautiful scull ring (which I never take off), I'm so excited to see what our dates are going to be about. But, I have to go now.

I place my diary (which I never write in until recently) back in my bedside table.

I sighed then got up.

I got ready for my date, putting on an orange spaghetti strap shirt, a black high waist shorts and my black army boots.

I pulled my hair up in a high ponytail and place a nice, simple scull necklace on, to match my ring.

I ran down the stairs.

"Where you going?" Jessy asked when I went into the kitchen.

"I got a date with Saundro."

"Again?" She said in shock.

"Yeah."

"You guys are going really hard."

"Well if you had a boyfriend, you'd understand."

She buckled over.
"Low blow Mia. Low blow."

"Hahaha. You and Justin are so dramatic."

She rolled her eyes.
"Don't forget your phone."

"I got it."

"Has dad met Saundro yet?"
