By the time I made it home it was going on 8 pm. I stopped on the way to get a bottle and I texted the plug to meet me here.

I needed to numb the pain somehow. I needed to stop feeling this somehow.

I parked my car in my garage and then got out of it. I locked it and then used my pin pad to open the side door to get into my house.

My house was dark and empty, it felt lonely.

I just don't want to feel this pain anymore. I wanted that baby more than I've ever wanted anything. Anything in my life.

And I can't even imagine how Stokeley could feel right now. He's probably just as heartbroken as me right now.

I walked into the living room and sat on the couch, taking my phone out of my pocket. I FaceTimed Stokeley and waited for the call to connect.

"Hey baby," his voice was raspy when he answered the phone.

"H-hey.."

"You okay?" He asked.

"Nah, I just wanted to see your face," I frowned.

"Want me to come over? I would have came earlier but I didn't know if you wanted to be alone or not so I was just gonna wait for you to call me," he explained.

"Yeah come over," I sighed. "I need to be with you right now. You're all I have."

"I'm on my way, I love you okay?"

"I love you too."

The call ended and a message on my phone popped up.

The Plug: outside.
—- here I come.

I walked out the front door and pulled $140 dollars out of my wallet before reaching him.

I walked up to him and dapped him up, "long time no see. You got your business going now you don't smoke no more." Tay told me.

"I never had time but I need it right now I'm going through it," I explained.

"Damn what happened man?"

"I lost my baby," I shrugged, "I mean I have everything... everything in the world and all the money in the world but the only thing I really really wanted was my baby and now she's gone so I don't know what to do anymore."

"Yeah I know that must be hard man," Tay frowned. "But for your own good I'm not selling you nothing but weed. I know you and you don't need to get hooked on that shit."

"I don't want nothing but weed, it's cool man," I laughed.

I looked over and Stokeley's car was being parked in my driveway. He turned the car off and then walked over to my side.

"Who's this?" Stokeley asked as he looked Tay up and down.

"He's one of my friends from high school, I was getting some gas," I explained. "Tay this is Stokeley, my boyfriend."

"Boyfriend? I knew yo ass was gonna be gay," Tay laughed. "But I gotta go I got some more deliveries to makes but hit me up we can hang out and I'll bring my girl or something."

I nodded my head and we said our goodbyes. Afterwards, Stokeley and I went inside.

As soon as the front door was closed Stokeley pulled me into his arms and started balling. "Baby I'm so sorry." He kept saying it over and over again.

"I already bought stuff for the baby I- I just don't understand how this could have happened."

"You bought stuff for her?" He asked.

"Yeah just stuff I knew we would need, we didn't know the gender so I didn't buy nothing big. I got hygiene and diapers and wipes and towels and-" I stopped and started crying.

"We can have another baby," he told me.

I looked at him with tears in my eyes and running down my face, "We can?"

"Yeah, we can," he told me. "Let's work on it okay?"
