CHAPTER 30

ADI's POV

"What?! The wedding is the day after tomorrow?!" gulat na tanong ko kay Ace.

After our cloud nine moments earlier we went back to the rest house because it started to get dark, we're in the bathtub together right now, we just finished making love and he just told me we're gonna get married the day after tomorrow.

"What about the preparations?! The venue? The food--" he cut me off.

"Everything is okay baby, we just need to approve the guestlist for our wedding, I'll show it to you later or tomorrow just in case you want to invite someone"

"Huh? What? How?" naguguluhang tanong ko sa kaniya.

"Ahm, I was preparing it for a month now, I found out through Mom that you wanted a beach wedding and if you're worried about the gowns and our rings, we'll choose our rings tomorrow, the jewellers are coming tomorrow to show us the rings"

"What about the gown?"

"The gown that you were looking at the boutique, I bought it"

"Really?" hindi makapaniwalang tanong ko sa kaniya.

"Yes, baby but if you don't like it I can just contact---"

"It's okay, I imagine myself getting married to you in that dress the first time I saw it"

"Really?"

I nodded "Akala ko nga ay wala pa sa isip mo ang pagpapakasal"

"It has always been baby, simula nung nag kaayos tayo. I know were already married but I want to give you a proper wedding"

Tumayo ako atsaka ako umikot paharap sa kaniya bago ako muli naupo sa hita niya, we are now facing each other.

I kissed him then I hug him after "Thank you"

"Do you like the ring?" he asked, maybe he notice that I kept on staring at the ring.

It's a beautiful ring. It's a white gold ring, there's an oval cut rose quartz gem, there are small diamonds on both sides of the gem and it looks stunning.

"The rose quartz gem represents love and of course the diamond represents forever, that's why I chose them and designed it myself but of course with the guidance of a professional," he said.

"I love it... so much," I said while touching it gently

"I can't wait to marry you" he whispered near my ear then he kissed my neck.

I can't believe that I'll be marrying him but unlike the last time that we got married where we only need to sign, this time we're gonna get married properly and I couldn't help but to ask myself if this is a dream because it feels surreal.

I feel ecstatic knowing that the guy who I dreamed of loving me someday just asked me to marry him and this time it's not forced, now he is marrying me because he loves me. I feel over the moon.

After staying in the bath for quite a while he carried me to the shower and washed me and he made me reached heaven as well and when he lay me down to our bed I quickly fell asleep, a lot of things happened today and it drained me.

I was really happy today and even in my dream, I am happy... so happy.

When I woke up I heard Ace's voice "But Mom, can't I just stay beside my wife?"

"No! It's tradition Ace! You can't see your bride before the wedding"
