"What time is the fitting appointment again?"

"It's for three. Are you sure you're going to make it?"

"Yes I'm sure. I just have to go home to drop off my grandma and I'll meet y'all there."

"Okay great. Well see you then."

Dropping my phone in my purse, I got mines and my grandmother's bag of the baggage belt. We had just gotten back from a surprisingly fun time in Phoenix, though it was ridiculously hot.

"So." I gave her her bag. "I completely forgot about this final fitting today."

"For what time?"

"Three."

"Well you have time, its only one fifteen right now."

"Yeah but time we get to the house, settle and everything it would be almost two."

"So what. Let those two girls sweat a bit. They depend on you too much." She shrugged.

Pressing the locks for my car, we put our bags in and left.

"I'm feeling for tacos." She smiled.

"Same." I laughed.

"Well let's go get them."

Taking the detour, I made my way to a taco place we love. Surprisingly it didn't take us long to get there, get our food and head home.

"Looks like today is the day." I heard her say.

"What are you talking about?"

Pointing to our house as I pulled up, Aug sat there waiting. Turning, I drove up the driveway and parked.

"What you doing here boy?" My grandma asked.

"I came to see your granddaughter."

"Is that right? And who says I want you to see her?"

I knew she was messing with him but I wanted to hear his response.

"It don't matter what you want, its all about her." He smiled.

"As long as you know. Misty, my good please."

Having her the bag, she walked up and unlocked the front door and went in.

"Hey." I greeted him as I went and sat.

"Hey. I only came by because I was out here doing work."

"Okay."

Though I knew I was going to call him once I got settled, I didn't want him to know that. Sitting in silence for a bit, I cleared my throat before speaking.

"So is this why you came here? To sit in silence?"

"Anything to be next to you, yeah. Silence and all." He smirked a bit.

"Hmm."

"Misty listen."

Turning to me, he took my hands and held them. To this day I admired how soft his hands were and how he took care of them and himself.

"I think its time we fixed this."

"Excuse me?"

"You heard me. Lets fix this. We've had a break down in communication for too long and I know you still love me and you know that I still love you. I was wrong for putting you in the middle of my relationship, my failing relationship. I was wrong for not giving you that respect and being honest. It's just that when I saw you that night at Sarah's place, I honestly forgot about everything."

"Okay but that doesn't change the fact that, you still put me in that situation."

"And it never will change that fact. The only fact that remains is that I love you. I'm in love with you and I need you in my life. I miss seeing that smile. I miss the way your hair would look all crazy when you wake up, hell I miss having you wake up next to me. I just want my sanity and serenity back and that's you."

"I'm not going to sit here and lie and say that I don't love you because I do. I just needed you to see how badly your choice of actions hurt me. It scared me to be honest. I went from being your sweetface, your future wife to being your sidegirl. I know and understood that we weren't together, but we were starting over as friends and had you told me your situation, I would have been cool. I didn't ever expect you to stay single for almost five years."

"I know but I just couldn't and then every time I told myself I was going to end it, it was like she sensed it and would seduce me. Then when I started not getting it up for her, I knew it was my body's way of saying its done."

"Okay. I didn't need to know that." I laughed.

"I know but I just had to say it. You're the only person my body feels for. You're always on my mind and quite frankly, I don't want nobody but you, kissing on my tattoos." He sang the last part.

Not being able to hold back, I began to laugh. Doing the same, he then held my by my chin and kissed me. It was filled with the same passion that might in the club and I honestly missed it.

"I don't want to be just friends." He spoke. "I want my girl back. My sweet face." He kissed me again.

Moving closer to him, I wrapped my arms around his neck as we just made out right there.

"I promise you from this day, I'm forever going to do right by you. I love you so much."

"I love you too." I kissed him. "And I missed this." I rubbed on him.

"Shit. You can get it whenever you want it."

"I have to go meet with Sarah and Maggie for my final fitting. How long are you here for?"

"As long as you want me to be."

"Yeah, mhmm. Now how long are you here for?"

"Till tomorrow." He laughed.

"Thank you."

"How about, I come over tonight and cook you and maw dinner?"

"That's fine with me."

Looking over his shoulder as he turned, my grandmother stood there looking at us.

"What?"

"How long have you been there?"

"Long enough to see you rubbing on him. I'm surprised your little sensitive ass ain't cry." She said to Aug.

"Grandma."

"What? I didn't say anything that wasn't true." She laughed.

"It's babe. I ain't ashamed to show my sensitive side especially when it comes to something I'm passionate about." He kissed me. "Go ahead and eat and get to your appointment. I'll be back around six."

"Okay."

Standing, we hugged before he kissed me on my forehead. Watching him walk off, I just hope that everything was going to be back to normal to an extent.

"I'm happy for the both of you."

"Thank you." I smiled.

"Just keep communicating and let go of the past. Move forward."

"That's exactly what we plan to do."
