Standing off to the side, I watched as Misty did her photoshoot. We've been off the road and back home a week now after my two months touring and I was happy.
"You seeing ya momma sweet pea?" I pointed in Misty's direction.

As soon as we got back to Atlanta, she was in work mode. Her schedule came in with all her performances and thankfully most of them were in Atlanta.
Finally seeing her mother, Nai instantly began to clap and squeal, cause everyone's attention to be put on us.
"Not so loud sweet pea." I laughed at her excitement as did Misty.
"Gimme my baby!" She approached us smiling.
"That wasn't my fault."
"Mhm." She hummed as she walked off. "Come one sweet pea, let uncle Andre take some pictures of you."
Looking on, I smiled as she stayed for the pictures.
"The camera loves her." One of the workers next to me said.
"Just like her momma." I smiled.

"Where's daddy? Call daddy sweet pea."
Observing her where she was, she sat looking at me. What surprised me was the fact that she was trying to stand.
"Baybeh? Stand ha up fa me."
Nodding, she did as I asked and that's when it happened. As soon as Misty let her go, Nai took her first steps.
"Oh my gosh!" She got excited. "She's walking Aug."
"I can see that love." I laughed as I approached them.
Wobbling trying to take another step, she fell on her butt. Naima was only going on six months and she was advancing faster for her age group.
Neither Misty and I were surprised but when things happened, we did get excited.
"Well we shall end on that note." Andre said as everyone clapped.
Sitting on the floor Nai also clapped along with everyone.
