Hey guys, so I had an interesting day... I won't go into detail (personal) but let me tell you, it was certainly eventful. So yeah, I'm looking forward to that three day weekend now!

Oh so don't kill me, but in this chapter (if you can't tell by the title) Lisa changes. She is still going to be a hard ass, but she's kinda softer... Well just read and you'll see.

Chapter Seven: The New Lisa

"Lisa?" Luna emerged from the shadows and pulled me into her arms. "Sweetie are you okay?"

My body felt weak and lifeless. I didn't want to move, I didn't want to talk. I allowed Luna to hold me close, I felt so comfortable around her. I laid my head down on her shoulder and shook a no in response to her question.

"Lisa I know we aren't friends, but I can tell your troubled... Talk to me, what's wrong?" I could hear the concern in Luna's voice, she had such a sweet pitch in every word.

"I just can't do anything right." I sobbed into her shoulder.

"Ssh," Luna ran a hand through my hair. "Lisa you are strong, beautiful, and independent. If you ask me you couldn't be doing things more right."

I lifted my head to look into her beautiful silver/grey eyes. A smile was spread across her face, one that lit up under the moonlight. I gave a poor, half smile in return before dropping my head back down to her shoulder. "Thanks Luna, but you don't know the half of it."

"Lisa I do know, just look at your eyes."

"What about them?" I had forgotten they turned a shade of violet.

"Well as you know, if your eyes are red it means you're a Rogue, gold means a pack member, and silver means Alpha or Alpha blood... Violet, well that means..." She trailed off, leaving me on edge.

"What, what does violet mean?!" A sudden rush of fear swept through my head. What else could possibly be wrong with me?

"Violet is the color that assists those who seek the meaning of life and spiritual fulfillment - it expands our awareness, connecting us to a higher consciousness."

"Okay..." I wasn't very keen on where Luna was going with this, although I did have an idea.

"Well basically it means your body is unfulfilled and in need of help. Lisa, I want to be that help, Hunter wants to be that help." Hearing his name made my heart skip a beat.

I guess Luna's right, I do feel incomplete and unfulfilled. My head is always telling me to do one thing, but my body does another. At times I'm grateful, but others... well I'm not so grateful.

"I can tell you need some time alone, I'll meet you back at the pack house waiting. I'm sure Hunter wants to talk to you." I gave her a nod and she kissed the top of my head before dashing away.

How did I let things get so out of hand? I need to grow up, I need to get over myself and push forward. There are things in my life I simply just can't control. The sooner I learn and accept that, the better.

I picked myself off the ground and got it all together, then I made my way to the clearing and into the pack house to go see Hunter.

"Lisa I'm so glad you're back!" Hunter said, pulling me in for a hug.

His scent danced at the tip of my nose, causing my head to swirl. Normally I would have fought these feelings, but not this time. I have to give Hunter that fair chance he deserves, if I don't then how do I expect things to get better?
