I added a song to make the chapter extra emotional so listen it if you want

Pov Francis.
I sat behind my work table and looked ahead. I thought of Bianca and my words from last night.
Why did I say that? Why was I being so selfish? How could I compare her pain to mine?
She found me in my bed with Jane and I gave a lame excuse. But I had no choice. She accused me of the death of our son.
Every day I felt guilty about his death, every day. As a father you want the best for your son and I would have done anything to keep him alive even if it meant my own death.
I admit it, Jane and I only made love twice and I regretted both times. I didn't love her and I never will love her.
But Bianca probably thought so.
I had to apologize.
I got up and walked out of my office towards Bianca's room but when I got there only her lady-in-waiting Joan was there.
"Have you seen Bianca?" She shook her head anxiously. "I'm looking for her too. It's almost evening and she hasn't come back to her room. I'm worried, Your Majesty."
I immediately felt a bad feeling in myself and ran out of the room.
I looked in the library, the children's room, and also saw the guards and the maid searching the palace and gardens, but when after an hour of searching they hadn't found her, I went mad with concern.
I had to find her.
I looked at the group of guards gathered in the throne room. "I want you to search every corner of the estate. I want a few guards at both her chateaus and I want a large group in the palace, understand?"
"Yes, Your Majesty."
They all ran out of the room and I sat down on my throne, exhausted. Louis, Charlotte and Nicolas came running in.
"Is it true? Is mother missing?" Nicholas asked, crying. I felt tears sting my eyes but I had to stay strong for the kids.
"Not sure, Nicholas." I bit my tears away "Come, I'll take you to bed. You can sleep in my room."
I took them to my room and lay on my bed with them. I watched as they fell asleep.
Please come back Bianca
~
A few hours passed and there was a brief knock on the door. "Come on in." I said softly.
Maximilian entered the room with tears in his eyes and motioned for me to come into the hallway.
I hurried out of the bed and headed down the hall, "Please tell me she's safe." I said pleadingly. Maximilian said nothing and just pulled me to Bianca's room.
Her room was full of doctors, Cecily, and her lady-in-waiting Joan.
I made my way through the people until I got to the bed and then I saw it.
Her eyes were closed and there was a big cut through her cheek. Nothing serious at first glance.
I looked at a doctor "What's she got?"
He scraped his throat "Her Highness had apparently ridden out of the palace on horseback and fell from the horse. Her back is badly broken."
I felt myself trembling "but she will survive, won't she?". The doctor shook his head, "We've given her a medicine for the pain, but she won't survive. She'd better say goodbye now."
