Chapter 20 - The Empress (2)

Third Person's POV

The smoke started to disappear. No one moved an inch after y/n went out. All of them are silently praying to make it out alive. A loud bang was heard followed by a blinding light causing everyone to cover their eyes.

Before anyone even notice three men entered the auditorium. A thick cloud of smoke started to fill the room again and this time, it smells strongly causing some to cough and suffocate.

The three started to give each and everyone inside a blue pill without saying anything.

When they reached the JYPE staffs and JYP himself, they gave them a red colored pill and a mask to somehow help them with gas.

"I guess y/n is not that heartless to harm you yet, wear this masks and swallow the pill. It'll help you endure the next shits that's about to start for the next 10 minutes. I hope you informed them that this will be a long night jinyoung-ssi" Alex said while assisting him to wear the gas mask.

"I did don't worry. But I hope it ends sooner, have you found the mole already?" Jyp replied, worried for his staff's condition he checked them one by one securing their mask and making sure they took the pill.

"That I can't promise sir, you know her ways... She's more than just upset and disappointed this time. She's furious, and we can't even do anything to pacify her." Alex replied.

"I understand, let's just hope you find the mole as soon as possible, before she starts killing each and everyone of us in here..." Jyp replied.

Alex slightly bow towards him before exiting the room. They can only hope to find the cause of all this trouble as soon as possible, because they'll surely end up dead if this shit prolong for the rest of the night.

After a couple of minutes the gas evaporated and the lights became brighter. A loud scream was heard at the center of the auditorium gathering everyone's attention.

There it was, the mole. A guy is having seizure on the ground as bubbles started to flow from his mouth. He was uncontrollably shaking. Zain went to the scene and lowered down to the guy's level. He checked his pulse first before injecting something directly on his neck.

It made the guy calm down but it didn't take long before he passed out. They all back away after they heard a clap from behind.

There she is, y/n is smiling ear to ear while slowly clapping her hands. She walk towards the guy and instructed Zain to tie the his hands and feet.

She slowly bent down to look at the guy's face he caress it gently before slapping it so hard that his nose started to bleed.

"Who would've thought that an idiot like you came out to play with me... You're one brave idiot I must say." She mumbled.

They're all just watching her. No one dared to say a single word or to even move afraid that it'll trigger her.

Y/n stood up holding the end of the ropes that's tied on the guy's feet.
"Take him to my playground please" she said with a huge smile towards her boys.

That smile sent shivers down their spine. It's the sweetest yet deadliest of them all. They gave her a full bow before saying "Yes empress."

Y/n giggled at their response and went towards her uncle's side.

"Ojisan! How are you?" She asked still with that smile painted on her face.

Jyp suddenly felt a lump in his throat. He gulped nervously avoiding her eyes before saying "We're okay empress, perhaps a bit shocked of this event but it's manageable."
