Y/n's POV
"Thank you for today Y/nnie! I didn't realize how much I needed to unwind unil today happened." Momo gave me a quick hug before bidding her goodbye.
"Yeah, It was so fun that I didn't notice how late it was already." Nayeon added,
"It's always my pleasure to spend time with you girls. Like I said, you deserve all the things we did today. Consider it as my gift to your hard work ad for your successful comeback." I replied while side hugging Nayeonnie.
"Well, It's getting late, would you like to stay for a while?" Jihyo said, making me look at her direction, seeing that the rest of the girls are also waiting for my response made me crack a genuine smile.
I'll definitely miss them.
"I would love to, but sadly I have a couple of stuffs on my schedule for later." I replied, They all acknowledged it with a nod before giving their hugs and kisses.
Most of the girls went inside immediately after bidding their goodbye except for Sana, Mina and Jihyo.
"So we'll see you around?" Jihyo asked again, giving me that hopeful look that made me feel more guilty than i already do.
"Hopefully, Goodnight Jihyo-chan" She nod her head in response and gave me a quick peck on the cheeks before immediately entering the building.
I noticed that Sana-chan haven't said anything yet since we went out of the park earlier, She's just mostly staring at me with an unreadable expression or simply spacing out during the whole ride back home.
"So no hugs and kisses for me tonight Sa-chan?" She snapped in her trance when she heard me, making me chuckle at her cuteness.
"Uhm, yeah. I just want to say thank you again, for staying with me earlier. I really had a lot of fun Y/n-chan" She said with a tight lip smile.
"I had fun too Sana-chan. Thank you, You have no idea how it means to me." I didn't wait for her response and pulled her by her wrist to wrap her in a hug. I felt her tensed when I buried my face at the crook of her neck but it didn't take her longer to reciprocate the hug.
It felt so warm inside her arms. I wanted to memorize the feeling of being wrapped inside her warmth and how I feel her heartbeat against my chest. I'll miss this. I'll miss her.
I finally let her go when I realized that we weren't alone here. I saw Mina-chan smiling at me softly, with the knowing looks in her eyes.
"It's getting late, You should head back inside." I said looking at the beautiful girl in front of me.
"Will you still be around?" She asked, without lifting her head up.
"I'll see you when I see you Sana-chan. I'll always be around, Good night." i replied, before giving her a quick peck on her forehead and motioning her to go inside which she willingly complied.
That left me with Mina-chan, I know she knew about the plan but that doesn't mean i have enough courage to talk about it with her, But that's something inevitable, something that I can't avoid from happening and I know she understands, she always do.
"So it's really happening then?" She said, I finally fully looked at her for the first time tonight and she's always breathtaking. She gave me a soft smile before opening her arms wide open.
"It is." I simply replied, falling into her arms. She feels warm, a different type of warm compared to Sana. With her, I feel safe and raw. The type of comfort that I never knew I needed until she came to that room back in Jeju.
"I'm guessing that you haven't told her or anyone about it either?" She asked again, patting my back lightly while I slowly rest my whole weight to her, fully letting my guard down.
"Yes, I just can't." She hummed in response hugging me tighter.
"Call me when you land. Please?" I hugged her tighter, not even wanting to let go.
"I will, I don't what to end up with a bunch of phone calls from PD-nim asking for your whereabouts not even an hour when I land in Tokyo." She giggled heartily, lightening the mood.
"Make sure you do or I won't hesitate flying there just to smack you head for not calling me." I can't help chuckling at her response.
"Thank you for everything Mina-chan." I said sincerely after pulling away a little and looking straight into her eyes.
"Thank you for letting me do it for you Y/nnie" She replied with sparkling eyes, her tears threatening to fall.
"You know I love you right?" She added looking at me with lovely brown eyes that held wonders and the stars.
I can't get myself to respond so I nod my head instead, and it was enough for her before she leaned closer closing the gap between us, pulling me to a slow passionate kiss. We stayed like that for god knows how long, kissing under the moonlight before she pulled away when our lungs gave out, panting for air.
She leaned her forehead to mine, still panting while closing her eyes.
"I love you Y/n" It was different hearing it coming from her than just simply knowing and acknowledging it through her actions. I was speechless and I know she noticed it.
"You don't have to say it back, I just want you to hear it." She finally opened her eyes before she slowly pulled away from me but still with her arms wrapped around my waist.
"I love you so much, so you better take care of yourself there and stay in touch with me. I swear, I won't hesitate flying back home if you stopped texting or calling me. At least let me know that you're still alive so I won't be worrying to much here." She added, this time with a genuine smile in her face.
"I will, I promise." I replied, giving her a peck on her forehead before finally letting her go.
"Don't worry, we'll take care of her while you're away, So you better do whatever you have to do there as fast as you can and go back home to us." She gave me one last kiss on my lips before she fully step back
"Good night Y/nnie, I'll see you soon my empress." She added before turning around to head inside their building.
"Good night Minari, Thank you." I whispered to myself, knowing that she won't hear me anymore.
I smiled to myself before walking towards the van where the 3 boys were waiting for me. I guess this is where another part of my story starts.
After a year and a half, I'm flying back to the devil's den.
